Our holiday home offers you: living room with integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms for 2 people with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning hot / cold throughout the house, 1 bathroom with bath, sink and toilet, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, fitted open kitchen with fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, integrated dishwasher, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, ..., dining area for 4 people, solarium with 4 sunbeds, inner terrace, cozy terrace, lounge with Smart TV, WiFi, board games

Wir waren fast 3 Wochen da und wollten ungern gehen… es ist alles da was man braucht. Strände und Umgebung super … wir werden es noch einmal buchen! Nur ein paar Möbelteile sollten mit der Zeit ausgetauscht werden, da sie einfach mega alt sind. Wir lieben die Dachterasse mit Ausblick in ruhiger Lage!

5 Week Visit

Well located property giving access to numerous local beaches and easy access to the motorway system for those further afield trips. Everything you need is provided within the property from beach towels,beach umbrellas,beach blanket,cool bag/blocks, a fully kitted out kitchen with an abundance of tools,crockery,glasses and cooking utensils. Great aircon and ceiling fans,though much of the time these aren’t really needed as the doors and windows are protected by fly screens so you can open the windows/doors and let a decent breeze through. Washing machine is great with plenty of drying lines and racks. Great property,Thankyou.

We loved this property. Clean & spacious with a fabulous roof terrace with sun loungers & ample shade. The shared pool is directly opposite the house so very convenient. We really enjoyed the variety of restaurants close by. You have everything you need on your doorstep but if you want to venture further afield or go to the beach, taxis aren’t that handy round here. Best to get a few numbers of local taxi drivers to try or hire a car. We loved our stay here. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Holiday and Villa

We have just returned from a 2 week stay here and all I can say is that the experience was amazing. We received really clear communication which made the check in so easy. The property is beautiful with amazing views from the top solarium. It’s very clean and so comfortable for a family of 4. The location was perfect, a huge communal pool literally opposite the Villa and a 90 second walk to the shops and array of beautiful restaurants. Alex and Hilde were extremely helpful before the holiday and Hanneke was fantastic during it, including arranging a checkout time that suited all of us. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and will definitely be returning. If you book this you will not be disappointed!

Great location

The villa was comfortable and homely with a fantastic roof terrace. Great views of the golf course, well equipped and with a lovely, private little courtyard too. Right beside shops, bars and restaurants. I would have liked the beds to have been a bit more comfortable but that was my only concern. Overall a great stay. I would recommend.

Disappointed

The area of the property was lovely and the outside space was good was looking forward to getting in but was very disappointed with the quality of the interior very very dated ancient fridge that wasn’t clean the cooker extractor-fan was filthy there was food stuck to the utensil and knives and Forks there was food stuck on cooking trays didn't appreciate opening the cupboards to other peoples old food. The shower had mold and was also very dated there was layers of dust on skirtings and blinds in the lounge the sofa had food down the sides and hadn’t been hoovered i made the mistake of plumping the cushions and dust flew everywhere.We left the property 5 weeks early as we didn’t feel comfortable staying in a place that obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly for months.We do however realise that the owners pay someone to clean for them and are not aware of the poor standard of cleanliness (we hope) but the property is in need of serious internal up dating and a deep clean. Very disappointed

Our stay in villa

We had a lovely week in this villa , lovely roof terrace , comfortable sun lounger s nice courtyard downstairs , house lovely and very well equipped , Hanneke welcomed us and showed us around and available any time we needed her . Villa very near restaurants and bars . We have stayed in this area in the blue top villas many times and this is definitely the nicest one , it is right beside a lovely pool . Pauline and Peter

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was clean and had everything we needed. It had great access to the local bars, restaurants and shops. The communal pool is right on the doorstep. The roof terrace was really nice, especially with the sun canopy. Nice views of the surroundings as well. Just make sure that you are aware that on top of the booking fee you will need to pay for your electricity used during your stay, this is taken from your security deposit. You will also need to pay €60 to the cleaner at the end of your holiday as well.
