“Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. Shower was small but great water pressure and bathroom was roomy enough for getting ready. There was a nice walk-in closet to hang your clothes. It did have a……

“We come to Fort Collins often and after our first stay here, we will be back! The room was clean and comfortable, very spacious which is nice for our little one to play. The breakfast bar was great with several options. The hot tub and sauna were a plus!”

“The hotel has a large open atrium style and hosts large special events with hundreds of people and amplified music and speaking. This went on until 10:45 PM. The noise makes it into the rooms making it impossible to sleep or relax. The special evens also fill the parking lot making it hard to park for guests, even when they require you to pay for parking. Check for events happening during your stay. Otherwise the hotel is clean, but average.”

“Expedia had the wrong check-in time; I arrived just after 3:00, intending to check in and shower before a meeting, only to be told that check-in was at 4:00 and my room wasn't ready. The desk clerk, who appeared to be high, offered me another room when I told her I needed to make it to a 5:00 meeting. I unloaded my vehicle and went up to the room, but although the key card worked, the door wouldn't open. When I went back to the desk, towing my luggage on the cart the whole way, the clerk testily……
