Review of Shoreline Resort, Exuma
Shoreline Resort is a beautiful place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a great location at a budget-friendly price. The highlight, without question, is the beach. It’s absolutely amazing—calm waters, soft sandy beach, and perfect for relaxing. My wife and I especially enjoyed having coffee at sunrise almost every morning. You can walk 20–30 feet out into the water and it’s still barely waist-deep, which makes it incredibly peaceful and enjoyable.
The room itself was good for a budget stay. We had a two-bed setup with a kitchenette and one bathroom, which worked well for us. The kitchenette included a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and hot plate—more than enough to do breakfasts and simple meals in the room, which we really appreciated.
Kevin and Violet were outstanding hosts—very kind, accommodating, and genuinely pleasant people. That hospitality made a big difference and added to the overall experience.
The on-site restaurant and bar were another pleasant surprise. The food was really good and definitely worth checking out during your stay.
If I had to point out a downside, it would be the beds. They are quite hard and not very comfortable. More comfortable beds would significantly improve the stay.
