Nice to have croissants provided by the hotel at the lobby every morning. Also a machine to provide chocolate / latte / cappuccino all day.」
「I have a problem with My Parking in Morrison basement. Neither the hotel staff or the Morrisons staff could help.
I strongly suggest anyone who need parking during your stay, prebook and prepay the parking by “Pay by Phone”. 」

「I only stayed for one night, but thought my one night was fabulous. Check in was easy. Serena was absolutely lovely & very welcoming. I was a late check in & she was kind enough to offer me a sandwich. Room was ideal for me. The decor is as good as it looks in the pictures and the room is extremely clean and cozy. The bed amazingly comfortable. The bar was busy & reasonably loud, however, didn't affect me in my room. Would stay again.」

And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help."
