「Staff was very accommodating and responsive to our requests. Would recommend and if we return to İznik we will stay again. 」

「The nearly new hotel is interesting... good location, comfortable room with a balcony across the main street from the lake. Owner/host speaks English well. The included breakfast was very good, but not available before 9:30. The only odd thing was that there is no overnight staff, apparently. No way to talk to a front desk if needed. Think of it more like an apartment than a hotel. But other than that it was very good. Would stay again. 」

「Remote from the center but close to the famous lake, this hotel is a good choice if you want to enjoy nature more than main historical street. They also have nice local kitchen and use some shrimps from the lake. 」

「The host was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, when we hung a hand towel on the rack, the rack fell off the wall. The bed was two mattresses pushed together with a huge hard ridge. The rooms entered into a small common area and the door to the outside didn't close. People see in and out all night to smoke outside the door, the cigarette smoke was thicker and thicker seeing under our wide gap under our door. It was like sleeping in an ashtray. Our poorest experience in a month long stay. But...

「一見、小ぎれいに見える部屋だが、とにかく不潔。これほど客に対してサービス精神のかけらも無い宿泊経験は初めて。 100は優に超える小さな羽虫？がカーテンや壁に張り付き、窓際には虫の残骸が黒々。冷蔵庫、ミニバー、水等、一切なく、照明は天井の1灯のみ。 非常にコスパが低いが、この地だからこそ，やっていけるのかな？！」

「Bakımsız biryer. Sadece 2 oda var odalar kitlenmiyor. Bahçe dağınık eski eşyalarla dolu. Her taraf inşaat halinde. Oda ve banyo sinek dolu temizlik ve hijyen hiç yok. Tek çalışan şey klima :) ailece gidecekseniz tavsiye etmem.」
