「We had a wonderful stay at AIASTAY. From before we even arrived, the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They responded quickly to our questions about day trips and even helped with a birthday celebration, which made us feel very well looked after. On arrival, we were delighted with the apartment. 「Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!」
