「The hotel is very nice. There was free tea time at 3 pm which is great! There were also activities like zumba, belly dance which was entertaining. Our suggestions - Please provide welcome drinks . Most big hotels have. Put Netflix or youtube in your TV settings most hotels have this. Shuttle services should add a bit more. Overall it was a great stay! Thank you.」

「Good」

「Like the services from the pickup service shuttle service, room service, guest service. Like the people smiling faces always, what a relax atmosphere.」

「The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Everytime we saw them they helped us with bags and any requests we had and made us feel at home」

「The rooms are extremely old and face to the public road, it was too noisy because of construction, water pressure of the shower are totally unacceptable, the quality of restaurant quite bad!!」

「Fanstantic hotel staff to react with urgent requirement. Make the unexpected itinerary change the memorable one. Again, thanks Kristhine and hotel management for the special handling.」

「Diamond water edge resort: Pros: on the beach or right across the street from the beach (depending on your room assignment), kind & helpful staff, 7-11 close by, restaurants nearby/downstairs, vases of water provided daily/upon request, umbrellas provided in rooms, laundry service available, beach towels provided, shower is big size & has clothesline to dry bathing suits, drying racks outside each room, storage room in shower for toiletries, mini fridge in rooms, light on bed head board good...

「Awesome resort on Carabao Island. Staff was great, food was awesome and good prices and quality were vey good」
