Overall 4 out of 5 for our stay, details to follow: My husband and I stayed for our 15th wedding anniversary, this was mentioned when booking and in communication but not acknowledged by the boutique hotel, which is a shame. In addition, we received a message to say our room was not going to be available on the day we arrived due to the current occupant being ill. A room at a different hotel nearby was arranged, but was not to the same standard as the one we booked but was comfortable and between the two hotels, they arranged for our baggage to be delivered to our correct hotel. The staff were very polite and left a bottle of Prosecco as way of apology for the inconvenience caused. The room was beautiful and incredibly clean. Comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom too and great location for getting around Rome. We enjoyed our stay once we were able to use our room and we’re grateful we could leave our bags locked up on check out day until we went back to the airport

The bed is very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is superb just a little bit louder than I’m used to, but with the window shut it is OK. I would recommend asking for a fan for a background noise lots of television to choose from as well in the evenings.

It’s comfortable and clean! Small but nice little touches. All the sights were a 15-20 minute walk except the Vatican. There’s a breakfast place just downstairs. Convenient location. I’d book it again.

Great location, lovely room. We received many messages from the staff regarding exact times for checking in and leaving, which added pressure as we were travelling via trains and didn’t have exact times. Probably won’t stay again.

Great Hotel, over communicative staff

The hotel room is quite beautiful. There is no "lobby" or any services, but that's not really what we came to Rome for anyways. Room was amazingly beautiful, and modern, BUT the AC in the summer did not quite keep pace. I often woke up sweating. Likewise it's on a busy street so it's a little loud; nothing crazy or deal breaking, but something to note. My only real "Con" was the significantly over communicative staff. We were messaged maybe 15-20 times about our arrival, paying the tourist fee, arrival again, pre registration, ect... All things that really were not necessary (other than pre registration). It got to the point where we had to start ignoring them so we could enjoy our last night in Florence. We often would answer their questions and they would just keep asking the same questions, it became a exhausting after the 1st day (which was 2 days before we got there), but it kept continuing even while we were there. We just stopped responding, but that resulted in even more messages. Overall good experience, I just wish we didn't have to field so many unnecessary questions.

Great position for exploring Roma and very well presented and maintained. Friendly greeting, feels very safe and incredibly clean and tidy. We ate locally (within 5 minutes) where there are fantastic restaurant options. Great transport links and an absolutely first class choice for a short stay in this beautiful City.

We arrived a little past the check-in window due to a delayed flight and the staff were wonderful about staying a little longer and making sure we were taken care of. The room was beautiful and spacious. The recommendations for restaurants were very helpful, especially the first night when we were jet lagged and overwhelmed. Highly recommend!
