Immersed in the tranquility of the internal garden and a stone's throw from "San Pietro", the largest park in the capital, Villa Pamphili and the central areas. 4 bus lines under the house and the main subway 10 minutes walk.

Relax with the whole family in this intimate, brand new accommodation equipped with all comforts.
The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom with a dedicated wardrobe, a study with desk and another very large wardrobe, a living room with kitchen complete with all appliances.
Kitchen accessories: espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, sink, kettle, fridge, freezer.
Living room accessories: sofa, Smart TV, table, up to 8 chairs, equipped wall.
The whole house is air conditioned, including the bathroom.

You will find clean accommodation equipped with sheets, towels, bathroom sets, coffee pods and detergents.

Ruim appartement, alles is voorzien. Heel moderne inrichting. Enig nadeel, quasi alle kasten zijn bezet met spullen van de eigenaar. Wel opletten met de electriciteit, max. 3000Watt, dus niet beide airco's, koken en afwasmachine tegelijk. Heerlijk groot zwembad in de tuin, veilige parking voor de auto. Busstop vlakbij. Restaurant Arturo op 50 meter is een aanrader!

Une super semaine dans un appartement neuf au top et super bien placé. La piscine est très appréciable après les visites. Alessandro est super disponible et réactif lorsqu'on a une question. N'hésitez pas, c est l'appartement qu'il vous fait si vous allez à Rome.

Lovely apartment

Great apartment near Vatican! Studio + separated bedroom, both with cozy balcony and air-conditioning. Coffee machine and a large selection of capsules, tea, snacks... Clean closed area. It’s interesting to watch amateur tennis from the balconies) Alessandro is a great host, always in touch. We strongly recommend this apartment!

Amazing stay in rome

We spent an incredible time in this appartement. It is located near the center (30min by bus). The place was clean, tidy and renovated. The bed is very confortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Alessandro was responding very quickly to our messages. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Alessandro !
