Great location and the staff were very kind. Good hotel for a solo traveler, however the room is very small for a couple, my husband barely fit in the shower, you get a bigger shower in a cruise room.

The staff were excellent. Very welcoming and friendly. They provided tips on restaurants and arranged a taxi to the airport. The hotel has a small cafe with a coffee machine, biscuits (i.e. cookies) and orange juice. We had one day in Rome, the hotel's made it very convenient to see the sights.

Very clean rooms with everything you need. Staff communication is 10/10, they are super helpful and available through WhatsApp whenever you need them. They provided clear instructions on self-check in and even organized taxis for us.

Very nice hotel, very clean and located in the middle of a touristic zone, the staff is very friendly and helpful with any question or request, I liked the snacks, cold water and coffee available all day. Highly recommended place.

Perhaps a busier part of town than we should have chosen. Our room was nice but not a view of any kind. The free coffee bar was very generous and well maintained. The bathroom was a bit cramped. The staff was super friendly and helpful

The hotel was in a perfect location--close to popular sites to visit, shopping, food, bars--the staff was incredibly helpful, so communicative, and made sure we had a fantastic stay. We definitely recommend this property and will be back the next time we're in Rome!

My stay there was amazing. My husband and I booked for one night , and our flight landed really late. However the team made sure to send us a WhatsApp text with all the instructions from when you get to the front door all the way to how to turn on the TV how Freaking amazing is that?? I will certainly book it again

The staff was very helpful and sent us plenty of information about our stay in WhatsApp and information about events in the area. The room was very comfortable with good AC given the heat wave in Rome. The only critique is our room had a compact shower but we managed just fine. Give this place a try!

This stay is close to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and the train station, which is perfect as you’re in the center of everything. However, the rooms are VERY small, which is not an issue if you’re traveling alone. However, for a couple with luggage, it’s extremely tight and we had only carry-on luggage not even big pieces. There is only front desk coverage from 10 AM to 4 PM not 24 hours. We had no issues and everyone was super helpful, especially with obtaining taxi service to the airport for us. You and can get in touch with staff via WhatsApp at any point in time and they are very responsive, however not having staff 24 hrs was a bit off putting. We did enjoy our stay and I appreciated having a scale in the bathroom as well. :) Thank you

The hotel's entrance is tucked away in an alley without any signs, but it proved to be a hidden gem. Its location is excellent, just minutes from major attractions. The staff is highly responsive and helpful. The facilities are modern, comfortable, and well-maintained.
