We had a bit of a problem with a gas leak in that area of Rome (not specific to this property) and the management went well above what was required to make everything better. Very much appreciated. Will stay here again. Super location and extremely friendly and helpful staff

My wife and I stayed at the Antica Dimora dell Orso (not the Cinque Lune), in the room named "Angelica." We liked the decor. Breakfast was good. However, the lock & key mechanism on our bedroom door was old fashioned and very difficult to use. It was very difficult to know how far to insert the long key to unlock or lock the door. Each time it took me several attempts. As a result, we slept with the door unlocked, because we feared that we couldn't unlock and open the door quickly in case of fire other emergency. We immediately expressed our concerns to one of the staff members, but nobody followed up with us.

If a 3 minute walk from the main hotel on a different street bothers you then don’t go here… I thought the walk from the main hotel to my room was fine and everything else about my room was great . Very big and spacious. I would definitely go back to this spot!
