This was a perfect place for our stay. It was clean, the WiFi was fast and all the staff were super helpful. Great location to get to attractions and not too noisy since it’s not surrounded by restaurants.

A/C was great and we also had a great view. Federica and Anna were very helpful and the conditions of the property are fantastic. We were able to store luggage for a couple of hours too! It's also very well located, literally right on Via Del Corzo which is a big retail strip (apple store is right across the street, Armani next door) My only concern about this property is for someone with mobility issues as the elevator does NOT take you to the hotel level but instead to a higher level then you go down stairs to the actual hotel. (Hotel is located on floor 3 but the elevator stops on floor 4) It's a little confusing so beware for those who cannot climb descent a few steps on your own.

Room was as expected for a capsule hotel. Small but perfect for two people who were only there to shower and sleep. Smart TV was nice for watching YouTube before bed. Very friendly staff, good bathroom. Only downside was the noise that would come from the street in the early mornings. Car alarms, horns, sirens. Short walk from numerous attractions and shops. Air conditioning was great. We also stayed in 2 other hotels in Italy and neither of them had A/C in March (despite 20°C outside) which is apparently normal for this time of year. This hotel had A/C allowed and we really liked that. Good experience.

Room and entire hotel smelt good but maybe too overwhelmingly good. Smart & simple room design and pretty bathroom, only I think there was a toilet plumbing issue as it would just constantly make a little noise. Navigating our way to the hotel wasn’t too difficult as we were given thorough instructions via WhatsApp. When we lifted the bed sheets towards the light, we could see some sort of dirt inside the covers. The TV worked just fine and we even watched a series on Netflix, although lagged a little due to WiFi connection issues Right in the city of Rome so easy access to all the places you want to visit.
