  • Charming studio with private entrance on the ground floor, just steps from the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, and San Giovanni in Laterano. Located in a quiet courtyard, you enjoy privacy while being close to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, a local market, pharmacies, and public transport.



    The apartment is ideal for couples or solo travelers and especially convenient if you have luggage, as there are no stairs or elevators. It features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, bathroom with hot shower, and a romantic loft bedroom. You’ll also find a TV, dedicated workspace, and a private balcony for your morning coffee. Pets allowed (one pet only, for an extra fee). Street parking is available nearby. Events are not permitted.



    Vittorio Emanuele Metro A station is just 2 minutes away on foot, while Termini Station and the Colosseum are about a 15-minute walk, making the apartment an ideal base for exploring Rome.
