Couldn’t fault the Art Otel in any way the staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The gluten free options were unexpected but extremely welcome, as a coeliac having the choice presented was fantastic. The room was spotless and maintained to a very high standard. From check in to check out the service was fantastic. Highly recommended the Art Otel for your next stay.

Really comfortable twin room. Hairdryer, slippers, robes and lovely big towels. Handwash, shampoo and conditioner all included. Comprehensive coffee machine Breakfast fabulous choice of hot drinks, hot menu as well as full buffet. Would recommend but quite a walk from where we wanted to explore

From start to finish, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The amenities were so great and clean. A really nice gym with techno equipment. The rooms were really well decorated as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The room was comfortable, spotless, and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and elegant. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the breakfast was outstanding with a great selection of fresh and high-quality food. Really beautiful and tasteful hotel well located if you don’t wanna be directly in the center of all the tourism chaos that has become Rome great restaurant and bar scene tastefully decorated appointed rooms. Room are a bit small, but that is Rome. Check-in process was a little bit chaotic as they seem to be understaffed. Nice gym and sauna.

Fantastic hotel with incredible staff. Rooms are modern but still without being cold. The staff was incredibly kind and warm and was very helpful with our needs. I can not recommend this place more. Will definitely be staying again on our next visit to Rome. Thank you!

This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spotless, updated, comfortable and spacious. There was personalization everywhere from handwritten cards to essential oils and candies left on our pillows. The gym and sauna had a wide range of equipment and felt very luxurious. I only hope I’ll be able to stay again soon!

Can’t fault the hotel the staff and room were amazing! Just might be a little too far to walk back from the centre after a long day of walking. Also the bar wasn’t very lively which was a shame as it was then too far to go back out

Clean spacious modern room and great facilities. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. The nice bar and sauna were very welcome too. Only slight negatives were the lack of storage space in such a well proportioned room. I was travelling alone and it was just about enough but I think two people would struggle. The other was the breakfast selection which was just ok if good quality.

Amazing, brand new hotel with fantastic restaurant very friendly and courteous staff, in walkable downtown surrounded by restaurants and proximity to everywhere one wants to go in Rome. The rooms are beyond anything you can find in Rome. The welcome wine and snacks are nothing but beauty and grace of the eternal city. Had to extend my stay my another 3 days. Definitely come back here next time in Rome.
