不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
Not worth the money we paid for...
The puctures used is now a true reflection of what you are getting and the price hotels.com is listing it for.
It is closer to a hostel not and air b&b.
The towels were old and thin.
No daily cleaning of the rooms or sheets nor towels were provided.
The pictures of breakfast included means it is all plastic packaged pastries and cookies and who knows how long its been there not touched by people staying there.
There was no fresh fruits presented like pictures showed.
No amenities aside from no name shower gel.
No face towels to use.
The tv was so small and so far from the bed that you can barely see from afar.
The walls were so thin that trying to watch tv you couldnt turn up the volume only to be door knocked by the person next door telling us to turn down the tv (and he happened to be staying in the room labelled PRIVATO.
The frisge was full of plastic packaged cold cuts and fruit juices who knows how ling its been there prior to us.
To say that this place sells out for moee than was hotels.com sells it for is a complete mispresentatiin and false advertising.
I would definitely not come back to this place even though it is in the heart of trastevere!
