5th floor complex room rental w/ diy breakfast
The host is very nice and flexible with time. She's reachable by text. This is not a typical bed and breakfast. More like a room rental. You serve yourself breakfast in the kitchen such as toast and yogurt.
This is deep within a gated apartment complex and not on the water. If you want a taste of living in Northern Rome, that would be a reason to try this out. It's on the 5th floor. There's an elevator - they call it "automatic" because you do not manually open the first set of doors. Most people are residents. It's rather noisy at night - dogs and echoing hallway talk. The host has 2 dogs that should be noted.
The space and rooms are very clean. The kitchen is mini and there's no living room space. They rent 2 rooms. I never saw the other guest but the walls are thin so you know when people are home.
