The hotel is in a cute neighbor thats right near the Clodio bus stop which gets you to all of Rome. The owner and staff are friendly and able to use Google translate to communicate with many languages. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The shower had excellent hot water.

The staff were very kind and I was extremely grateful. The place had a clean room, bicycles, and electric bikes (10 euros/day) available for rent, along with coffee, which created a great atmosphere. Since we mainly ate out during our stay in Rome, everything we needed was provided. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit.

An amazing choice if you like to bike and explore. Claudio and Christian were incredible hosts. Property is located next to biking lanes and located in a beautiful area. 30 minute walk from Vatican City. Great restaurants nearby. They have great amenities, excellent source of recommendations and of course the bike rentals! We did not get the chance to do the bike tour but will highly recommend. The locations they take you to will hit majority of Rome

the room is super small, the matress and pillow are of very low quality, the bathroom is very small, the shower is tiny and water easily comes out of it and floods the bathroom. The room would smell like smoke if you leave the windows open The breakfast is basically a collection of some cookies, caned jam/honey, ... absolutely nothing fresh: no bread, cheese, etc, even no toaster unlike advertised. limited dishes, worn-out and unusable pans. The kitchen is shared among all the guests and is quite small too. Also no cleaning service for the kitchen other than the daily one. So you may end-up having to clean after other guests if you need to use the kitchen utensils later in the day. On the positive side, the property manager is very responsive and helpfull in answering questins (via WhatsApp), although you probably won't meet him or any other staff in person.

La struttura si trova all’interno di una palazzina senza ascensore molto carina e ben curata. La posizione è assai silenziosa e vicina alla Città del Vaticano. Struttura semplice ma ben tenuta e pulita. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento. In generale valuto ottimo il mio soggiorno in questa struttura.

Highly Recommend

I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would happily come back if we come back to Rome. Our great experience started even before arriving. The owner, Claudio, was very accommodating even before we got to Rome. He was very easy to get in contact with and was a great help. We used the private shuttle service offered through the Bed&Bike and the drivers Daniel and Emanuel were very helpful and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was in a nice location by the Vatican City and close to both metro and bus stops that we used to get around. Thank you for the great stay!

Disappointed to say the least

On arriving to the studio apartment there was a distinct damp smell. There was a coffee machine with instructions of how to use or what to put in it. No kettle either. Double bed instead of single beds-despite requesting in the booking over 3 times. The hanging rails are too high to reach-need to stand on a chair to reach them. No instructions on how to use anything - would be good to have a simple guide of how things work in the apartment, (especially the washing machine). Local taxi numbers, how to use the buses, local restaurants & bar would have been useful. The washing machine did not work-we had no clean towels after 4 days so decided to wash them, together with our clothes-which then got stuck in the washing machine. No reply to my text message. They said their phone didn’t work. Couldn’t come out until 10.30 Sunday morning meaning we either could not shower or had to wait until they had been before we could go out. Given this was our last day-not good! When we got home later that evening there was water coming out of the machine and water all over the floor which we cleared up. All in all we feel quite disappointed at our room & service we have received. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend.
