We were not stopped at this hotel. we stayed at another hotel due to poor facilities, but it was very different from what I booked and I was disappointed.

You should be ashamed. This hotel is closed and You should t get resarvations. I had a terrible first night i was looking For hotel in the middle of the night. I payed an extra night and the next morning i managed to get in the building of bellsuite o found out i was relocated. No body informed me no body have me a refund For the extra night i payed. And You are sending me useless emails. I will never use anything You provide. And I have informed every body i know about this cruel attitude of yours.

Worst hotel until now. No receptionist when we arrived. The keys were on top of the table with a note. Could not check in or check out. No free wifi, you had to pay to have wifi. No hot water during the entire day. None of the other rooms had hot water ether. Next morning there was nobody at the reception so we had to complain to the cleaning service. The cleaning service tried to contact the manager but he did not want to come and solve the customer problems that we were facing. In order to check out we wrote a paper stating all the names of the customers and our complaints and the cleaning service signed it as well with the confirmation that the rooms were in order after we left them and we returned the keys. We are still waiting for our refund as we booked it for 3 days and we only stayed 1 because all the issues we found.

sono disonesti all mio arrivo sono stato spostato in un altra stuttura senza nessun avviso.... ti lasciano un foglio col numero di telefono...da chiamare e ti comunicano dove devi andare. all mio arrivo alle 23.15 sotto la pioggia ho dovuto cercare i giardini del quirinale dove sono stato spostato. esperienza pessima ........ strottura sporca porte non funzionanti e acqua gelida. valutazione da 0 a 10 0......

The lady that served breakfast and cleaned the rooms was very nice. No one was at the front desk, ever, to help us with wifi issue or provide us with a crib for our baby. With no wifi we were unable to contact anyone for this.
The room was well kept and in a great location.
