Overall very good, but a number of issues

Overall, a very good stay. Convenient location (500 meters from termini) and well situated for many destinations. Very comfortable room: excellent AC, nice fridge, lots of space. A few small issues: there is essentially no on-site staff. This means several things: 1. The guests check themselves in. Remember to bring the entry code that is emailed to you. Months had passed from when I booked until I arrived and I forgot the email. A reminder sign at the front door would help. 2. There are some modest cleanliness issues. The bathroom cup in my room was dirty and moldy. It should have been discarded. 3. The telephone rings into the front desk which is not staffed (I could hear it ringing as I tried to get in the front door). It would be better if management forwarded these calls to their cell phones if they choose not to be on site. 4. And fundamentally, if you require on-site service, this isn't the place for you. Next time in Rome, I would stay here again as I now know the idiosyncracies of this property.

Notre chambre était très bien avec de la literie très confortable mais pas très calme car ça donnait sur une rue très bruyante. Le gros problème était la salle de bain: il y avait des moisissures au niveau du bac de la douche et ça sentait toujours mauvais malgré la ventilation, on devait toujours garder la porte de la salle de bain bien fermée. Et aussi l'eau chaude: pour la douche on arrivait pas à régler la température de l'eau: ou trop chaude ou froide... Dommage car l'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Rome, proche de l'entrée du métro et de la gare.

When I first read the comments before our visit I thought that it was quite difficult to check-in and it would be difficult to find entrence of the building. Everything went well, I easily find the building and there was no problem during check-in and check out. Staffs are helpful and they are doing great, thanks. Location is perfect.

Fräscha rum, många trappor och enkel frukost

Fint litet ”hotell” med bara sex rum. För att nå våningsplanet i huset där hotellet ligger måste man gå uppför en långa trappa på ca 40 steg. Sedan kommet man till en liten hiss. Alltså svårtillgängligt för äldre och för barnvagnar. Frukost skall serveras från kl 8, men frukostpersonalen kom först in kl 8:20 första dagen. Frukosten är tämligen enkel. Ingen varm mat. I badrummet hade vi en påse med våra tillhörigheter stående på golvet. Detta slängde städpersonalen. Rummet var fräscht och hotellet ligger med 5 minuters promenad från tågcentralen. Kanske hade vi bara otur när vi var där.

Personalen var mycket trevlig men inte proffs. De bokade taxi till flygplatsen. (48 Euro) Det var lätt att checka in och att checka ut. Rummet städades och handdukar böts varje dag Det finns ett kylskåp och AC Frukosten var enkel 8.00-10.00. Sängarna var för hårda för vår smak. Läget är bra. Det finns många restauranger i området.

Idéalement situé, bruyant et service à améliorer

Les plus: L'hôtel est idéalement situé : une dizaine de minutes à pieds de la gare Termini - une minute du métro et un arrêt de bus desservant les lieux touristiques en bas de l'immeuble. La chambre est spacieuse, le plafond est haut ce qui accentue l'idée d'espace. La salle de bain est moderne et le ménage est toujours impeccable. Les moins: Le petit déjeuner n'est disponible que de 8 à 10h ce qui est assez tard et limité. Un matin nous y sommes allés à 8h et personne n'était présent. Quelqu'un est arrivé 10 minutes après mais il fallait encore attendre 20 minutes le pour la cuisson des éléments principaux du petit déjeuner. Celui-ci est correct mais pas incroyable. L'appartement est certes très bien situé mais notre chambre donnait sur la rue et celle-ci est très passante et donc très bruyante (merci les pavés, les klaxons et les sirènes qui fonctionnent à n'importe quelle heure) La pression de la douche est assez limitée et il y avait des variations de température tout au long de la semaine. Conclusion: La chambre est très bien mais bruyante (n'oubliez pas vos bouchons !) Mais le service pourrait été considérablement amélioré.

Lovely apartment room in handy location. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem with our door lock which got sorted within an hour. They kindly let us use a different room in the mean time so we could shower and freshen up. It's a little difficult to find the entrance door (just a single door on the street to other businesses and apartments) which would be easier if you were informed of that. Apart from that it's a cute little place !

Bespoke great location in Rome!

The location was amazingly convenient (except Republica Metro stop was closed for repair). It was only a 5 minute walk from Termini. The rooms were very comfortable. The odd part was that there was never anyone at the desk. A person would come in to serve breakfast, but there was no one of whom to ask questions, etc. We received instructions on how to enter the building and pick up the key, so it was fine, just odd that in three days we never saw a person at the desk. I would recommend this location if you do not mind checking yourself in and out.

Property has a great location. A little hard to find and a bit complicated to access the building. Staff needs to be there early morning to assist guests. No instructions as to where to access breakfast room for the Continental breakfast offered in room rate. Only way of communicating was thru email. They shall send their cell number to contact them in case of emergency, since there is no Front Desk Assistance at hotel. Phone number listed on Expedia Confirmation no answer at any time called.
