Lite svårt att hitta få man får intrycket att de har en reception. Jag hade meddelat vilken tid jag skulle vara där ändå så möte ingen mig efter ringt mailat flera gånger fick jag kontakt så efter 40 minuter fick jag komma in. Sängen var bra men i övrigt så var det otroligt lyhört och fattar inte varför de hade en telefon som ringde hela tiden utan att nån svara. Jag fick städat de två första dagarna resten av mina 5 nätter fick jag vare sig städat eller frukost. Enda positiva är läget nära till Vatikanen och tunnelbana utanför dörren

Honest Review - Do not bother with this property

This should have been a nice relaxing mini honeymoon for my wife and I however the trip got off to a very bad start when we arrived at the property. Upon arrival there was no one to meet us, after calling several contact numbers we were eventually told that the property is closed and you will have to find another property! We spent ages on the phone to hotels.com to which we ended up having to pay for another hotel down the road for the night! (which was much nicer). In the morning we returned to this property expecting to go straight into our room... it turns out that they had double booked our room and someone has stayed in it the night before so it was not ready! I immediately demanded a refund for the previous night to which the guy said he needed to confirm with his boss. Finally we got into our room which was nothing like the photos on the website. the shower was pathetic with mould all around the bath seals, the room was not clean and the so called breakfast was a couple of packet croissants and a kettle! Since the trip I have tried several times to contact the hotel and receive my refund (hotels.com also not being very helpful) however have I have been completely ignored. PLEASE do not waste your money on this terrible accommodation. I will also be writing reviews on any site this hotel uses to advertise to try and forewarn fellow travellers.

We moved out early—wretched overall!

The pictures were misleading. No one on duty. No stove. No kitchen sink. No coffee pot to heat water. No drain in fake sink. Bugs in room. Nobody answers phone when you try to contact. e have photos of everything bad.

No nos quedamos ahí, tuvimos que buscar un hotel, ya que ese lugar no fue lo que se aprecia en las fotografías, el Área de recepción no existe, el servicio sanitario no servía, ni el aire acondicionado, es decir para lo que ellos ofrecen en la página de ustedes es una gran mentira. Ya hemos enviado a ustedes varios correos solicitando el reembolso de lo que se pagó, y ni siquiera se han dignado en contestar. Les pido que lo antes posible me devuelvan el dinero que se pagó ya que no hicimos uso de ese local, de lo contrario voy a proceder con una denuncia, el mismo dueño del establecimiento nos dijo que se lo solicitáramos a ustedes. Espero una pronta respuesta.

Fake hotel

There is no hotel. I got there and all there is is an apartment building and one of the units has the name of the presumed hotel . Pressed on the bell and no response . Pressed on another bell that says building manager and an Italian guy starts screaming at me obviously every one has been looking for this hotel .3 hours of my one day in time was waisted on trying to find a fake hotel . Hotel.com you need to vet your hotels before adding them to your list

Not as advertised. Pillows did not have pillow cases - air con not working. (30 degrees centigrade at 9 pm). Booked for 2 nights but left after the 1st night to a better property.

Te cobran extras y no tengo claro si es el motor de busqueda de Expedia que genera los inconvenientes o confusiones pero en la búsqueda que era para 4 personas aparece habitación de 4 camas y luego la reserva es para 2 tengan cuidado.......

Slum

Non-existent reception. Had to call Hotels.com to contact owner to check-us-in, one hour later. No warm water for 4 days, took cold showers, never cleaned room or provided breakfast. Could not use coffee machine, us or other guests, dirty and mildew. DO Not stay here. Only positive, great food around, shops and Vatican City about 5 minute walk.

First of all, the picture from the entrance of Blue Suite Vatican you find online is not real. When you walk in all you see is this long and ugly corrridor with a coffee machine. I had to add water and empty the used pods myself to get coffee in the morning. Manuel (I believe that was his name) is a nice guy, but we had to wait for him to arrive outside of the building when we got there and inside on the corredor we had to wait again for him to finish cleaning our room... not a good first impression... I just felt like they do the minimum... comparing with the other places I stayed during this trip this one was a disappointment...

Check in for me and my group was awful. I had emailed them letting them know what time id check in. I had no data service so i waited almost an hour and luckily i got to use a strangers phone to ring them bc the front door bell rang to someone who had no idea what i was talking about. During my trip, i ran into another guest who was in the same predicament. They really need to work on their scheduling with guests to check in. The stay itself was good the snacks in the room and room was nice. But the check introuble really ruined the whole experience.

What should I expect?

Is hard to find, room is very small but descent. Is located walking distance from the Vatican, but in a very business area. Lots of traffic and people. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Ich habe 4Nächte übernachtet, habe inkl. Transfer gebucht, was reibungslos verlief. Zimmer einfach und veraltet, Bad sehr klein und renovationsbedürftig, Duschstrahl schwach. Es wurde nicht geputzt sondern nur das Bett gemacht. Eimer wurde nicht geleert, Wc-papier nicht aufgefüllt und Duschseife ebenso nicht aufgefüllt, erst nachdem ich eine Notizbitte schrieb. Handtuch wollte ich nach dem 2. Tag ausgewechselt haben und habe es gemäss Anweisung auf dem Boden gelegt, es blieb bis zum letzten Tag dort, nicht einmal weggestellt wurde es...! W-lan ist zwar vorhanden aber das Empfangssignal seeeehr schlecht, ich musste draussen gehen, um meine Messages zu lesen oder ununterbrochen zu telefonieren. Tolle Lage: Metro unter dem Haus, Läden, Shopping, Restaurants und Vatikan in erreichbarere Fussentfernung! Um nur zu übernachten und duschen ok. Die Zimmer wirken auf den Fotos viel schöner und grösser.

J’ai retrouvé des emballages de gâteaux ainsi que des bouteilles d’eau vide sous mon lit qui n’étaient pas à moi. La bouilloire dans la chambre était toute graisseuse et pleine de poussières la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. La salle de bain était trop petite il m’est arrivé de tomber car il y a une marche qu’on oubli facilement en sortant du bac de douche. Les murs trop fins j’ai été réveillé tous les matins par les personnes occupants les chambres voisines. Le seul point positif c’est la proximité au métro et le quartier
