Si pudiera darle 20 estrellas se las daría. La ubicación es inmejorable, a unos pasos de la Fontana di Trevi pero sin el ruido de las multitudes. Sin embargo, lo que hace este lugar tan especial es la atención de Mariel y las demás chicas. Te recibe siempre con una sonrisa, te ayudan en lo que necesites y prepararon unos desayunos deliciosos. Realmente por el staff es que vale la pena quedarse aquí. Si quieren un gran lugar donde quedarse en Roma, es este!!

This is one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve had! The apartment was so comfortable and quiet (we slept so well) while being close to Trevi. The location was perfect because just a few minutes walk away there is amazing pizza, pasta, things to visit and stores. The manager was simply outstanding! She was extremely available, prepared and amazing breakfast everyday, and clearly has the guests’ experience at heart. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for Casa Modelli, you will not regret staying here!

Great place to stay right by the TREVI fountain. Lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff is amazing. We looked forward to Breakfast on the upstairs patio each day. I they also have an upper patio that we sat at each night and had an amazing view of the city. This place was truly a great find!

Very large unit 2bd/2ba. TV broke early in my stay but was only replaced after we left! Elevator was challenging when other tenants wouldn’t use it properly. Otherwise it was a great stay and super close to the Trevi Fountain. Karla and Olga were amazing!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! L'emplacement à deux pas de la Fontaine de Trévi nous a permis de tout faire à pied! Le staff est super serviable, la terrasse avec café et petit déjeuner est super! Je recommande fortement.

Very prompt staff, helpful and friendly. Excellent maintenance of the rooms. Breakfast on the terrace is fantastic, fresh and made to order as well. Split AC in each room works perfectly and very good ventilation as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay in Rome The location of this hotel is absolutely exceptional. It is perfectly situated with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of virtually all the major attractions in the historic center. It is literally just a few steps away from the iconic Trevi Fountain, making the experience even more memorable. Beyond the amazing location, the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to assist, offer recommendations, and ensure that everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a prime location while exploring Rome. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing staff and breakfast situation on the roof. Disorienting to arrive after an overnight flight to what we thought was a full-on hotel and find no lobby. But staff soon found us and welcomed us warmly. Clean, spacious spaces and an amazing location. Amazing value for Rome.

We stayed for 4 nights. 2 adults and 2 children. The location is wonderful, central, close to great walking distance restaurants and historical places. The terrace is breathtaking. Breakfast was served with great food. The staff was impeccable. I would recommend the place without any reservation.

I can't say enough great things about Casa Modelli! Our family stay far exceeded our expectations! From communication beforehand traveling from the states to helping with airport/port transfer pick ups and dropoffs! The fresh breakfast every morning with fresh squeezed orange juice, espressos, eggs your way, fresh fruit, and to top off pastries from L'Antico Forno fresh every morning! The elevator is a great perk to start especially if you are staying on the top floors. The terrace is kept beautiful and shaded and the rooftop has some of the best views around. Mariel surprised us one night with a traditional Roman dinner and it was cooked to perfection accompanied with drinks of our choice! The room was outstanding with plenty of space for our family of 4 and A/C! Having two full bathrooms was amazing! Housekeeping was available everyday and the property was super clean and very well cared for and looked after! The convenience of being central and steps from Trevi Fountain was great! I highly recommend Casa Modelli and will certainly stay again when we venture to Rome!
