Had a very comfortable stay, the property is well located with a Metro station out the front and is just across from popolo piazza. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Andrea’s place was an excellent base for a first time visit to Rome. It was close and walkable to all the key landmarks and neighbourhoods that we wanted to visit. The room was a little small but had a cute little balcony where you could enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast. We will definitely visit Rome again and would absolutely choose to stay at the Casa Montani again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Charming accommodations with breakfast included. Walking distance to nearby historic sites. Electronic suite entry worked very well. Our host was wonderful. The elevator was memorable and quaint. We would not hesitate to stay here over and over.

Directly across from Piazza del Popolo so a perfect location for Roman restaurants and adventures (also a meeting spot for guide led Tuscany bus tours). Highly recommend private garage parking then strolling luggage to front door of multi-floor building. Nice breakfast delivered to room, walls are a bit thin so neighbors could hear romance/bathroom/etc. Would recommend for clean rooms, location, and friendly staff.

Incredible place to stay in Rome! Far superior to a traditional hotel room, and adding the breakfast option was an incredible bonus to our stay. Great location near Metro, bus, taxi and all that Piazza del Popolo has to offer. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Rome - 5 star in every way!

The room was perfectly sized for a couple staying for one night. Everything was clean and organised, and amenities were readily available. Breakfast was included upon request, which was a nice touch. The gift of good wine was appreciated. Andreas is a true gentleman. The location is within walking distance of popular tourist attractions and is very close to Villa Borghese. Additionally, bus and subway stations are located right in front of the hotel, and there are many restaurants in the area.
