Spacious 3 bedroom apartment around the corner from Via Veneto nicely furnished, in a classical style to maintain the ambience of the Dolce Vita’s neighborhood. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms with double beds, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was used during the recording of Fellini’s masterpiece of ‘La Dolce Vita,’ hence the name and the style. Only a 3 min walk from via Veneto makes it the perfect place to enjoy the exciting yet relaxing vibe of the Eternal City.

Thoroughly rundown but spacious

The apartment is in great need of renovation. It’s rundown, badly fitted with mismatched unappealing pieces of old furniture. To top it all, the portable air conditioning system is terribly noisy and rather poorly efficient. Too bad as the location is quite good, a 20 mn walk to piazza Del Popolo.

Excellent starting point for discovering Rome

The location of the appartment (in a very nice historic building) is just great to take a tour of rome. Having Villa Borghese close by was especially nice in the July heat. There are many restaurants close to the appartment and also a supermarket (open on sundays) just a few steps away. Caterina is a very nice host and provided us with a number of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. When we left some toys of our son in the appartment in a somewhat hurried departure, she was so kind to send them by mail, thanks a lot Caterina! Also Davide, who welcomed us in the appartment, was very kind and answered a lot of our questions on where to begin sightseeing in rome. As mentioned, we stayed in July when it was way too hot for cooking, but if you plan to cook for a family you might find the kitchen equipment somewhat limited. All in all, we enjoyed our week in rome very much, and I can happily recommend this appartement for your stay!

Would stay here again!

Spacious, clean, good host with good communication. I would say that it’s more specious than the listing shows actually! The beds were comfortable. The AC was good. The check in person was super nice and helpful. We really have no complains. Lots of good food nearby.

A perfect home base for our week in Rome. Spacious and comfortable. A welcoming arrival, and a good spot--close enough but a bit away from the major hustle and bustle.

Très spacieux et bien placé

A quelques minutes à pied du parc de la villa Borghèse et donc à 10mn du Musée, 12mn à pied de la Trinité des Monts et 10mn à pied de la place Barberini, donc très bien placé. Spacieux et frais (pas eu besoin de clim malgré les 34° extérieurs), très bel immeuble, grands volumes, idéal en famille ou avec des amis. Les 3 chambres sont grandes mais seul bémol : elles donnent sur la via Piemonte qui est très passante en semaine, bouchons d'oreilles indispensables pour dormir. Sinon parfait !

Es war alles perfekt organisiert, Abholen vom Flughafen und zurück zum Flughafen

Die Wohnung ist großzügig, sauber, einfach toll. Die Betten sind bequem und man schläft darin sehr gut. Die zentrale gute Lage ist optimal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großzügige Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. In der Nähe befinden sich einige nette Restaurants. Der Vermieter hat eine Mappe zusammengestellt, mit vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen. Sehr gut.
