We booked this location for 20. We were there for 2 nights. Each bathroom had only 1 roll of toilet paper. You are supposed to text and ask for more, could be awkward. Beware Even though our reservation confirmation and the advertisement in VRBO shows that checkout is 11 am, DO not believe that. The owner changes his mind. We were texted in the morning that we had to vacate the premises by 9 am. While all of us are scrambling to get everything packed to try and accommodate the owner changing his mind, I received phone calls from him and rude text messages telling us we must get out!!! His maid who arrived early watched us then called him complaining and then she handed me the phone so he could again tell us to get out. I even sent him a screenshot of the advertised checkout time of 11 am and no response from him. Then, we were accused of stealing the very thin and cheap sheets simply because we were kind enough to take them off the bed for the maid. As we’re struggling to vacate much earlier than advertised we saw new people waiting to get in. The owner will not be kind if he cannot get people out quickly and ahead of time. This was a brand new listing when we booked and he has much to learn about large groups traveling, honoring check-out times, and simple kindness. Put more than 1 roll of TP in the bathroom. Lastly, after booking and paying for this rental I was hit with an extra $900.00 of charges for 2 nights to cover A/C, Cleaning, and a tourist tax. Stay Away.
