This was the perfect location for our two day visit to Rome! It was a completely safe area, great walkability… Shops and restaurants within steps of the apartment! Super cute vibe and clean. Excellent communication with Nicolette. Would highly recommend this apartment rental. Only suggestion would be to bring some toilet paper or purchase some from the store right down the street. It doesn’t seem to be a big thing in Rome. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect for me, my husband, son and daughter! Thank you!

El alojamiento estaba muy bien. El baño era muy pequeño, puede que la cisterna de agua era muy pequeña porque se acababa muy rápido el agua caliente. Estaba todo muy limpio y era muy bonito, muy céntrico.

This property has a fantastic location, just steps from the Colosseum and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The host was kind, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. We traveled with two children (ages 8 and 3) and stayed for two nights.The property is a studio that includes a windowless basement room. Since we are claustrophobic, none of us felt comfortable sleeping there. Instead, all four of us ended up sharing the couch. I was also concerned about my 3-year-old and the steep stairs leading down to the basement.The bathroom was very small and not very comfortable, and due to the humidity inside the property, my wife, who suffers from allergies, struggled a bit during our stay.Overall, while we managed to make it work for two nights, this property was ultimately not a good fit for our family.

Very comfortable and clean. Close to good restaurants, Cavour metro station, or 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum and Forum, 15-20 minutes walk to Trevi Fountains, Spanish Steps and shops. Nicoletta was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here.

Rome apartment

Great location, but it is only one bedroom and one couch bed so not a real 2 bedroom apartment. It would have been nice if there was a fold out single bed because we have two children. Also, not enough hot water for 4 who want to bath around the same time.

A localização era excelente e o anfitrião foi 5*, muito disponível para ajudar. O apartamento é muito pequeno e tem apenas 1 quarto, o sofá-cama fica na cozinha ( na descrição dizia que tinha 2 quartos, mas não é verdade). O colchão da cama está em mau estado e não permite um sono tranquilo. O apartamento serve apenas para 2 pessoas no máximo. A casa de banho nao estava bem limpa.
