Good location and clean hotel
Good location where lot of restaurant at the street nearby. The staff are very helpful and informative as well. However, the breakfast is a bit simple. The room is very good and clean.

Dear Yu Ting, thank you for your stay in our structure and for your important review. We would like to specify that in our breakfast you can find always italian, fresh and high quality products. We offer sweet as well salty food, for example ham, italian mortadella, speck, salami, cheese, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, eggs, fresh tomatoes, hot sausages. and 5 types of marmelade, 4 types cereals, nutella, fresh bread and croissants, home made cakes, juices. We would like yo add that cappuccino is made with fresh milk and fresh coffee. Hope you would come another time to appreciate our breakfast's service.

There are many many hotel options in Rome, catering to all manner of budgets and vacation types. However, DG Prestige Rooms is the only one that has Maria, and that alone is reason enough to book here. I cannot stress enough how incredible she is - she doesn't speak English and I barely speak any Italian, but within a few minutes of arriving at the hotel I felt like I had found the Italian aunt that I didn't realize I was missing from my life, and she was a huge part of what made our trip so enjoyable. She's constantly enthusiastic, helpful, considerate and kind, and is an absolute credit to the hotel, the city and Italians generally! She also makes a mean capuccino, will ply you with pastries and will happily sit on hold for a half hour to get you a taxi - my daughter remarked that she would trust Maria with her life, and I totally agree with that. DG, even without Maria, was great. Location was perfect, easily walkable to anything you want to do in the city, very clean and quiet. There is a fantastic restaurant, Vladimiro's, literally right around the corner, the breakfast is great and the rooms are very comfortable. The amount of keys required to access the property (street door, stair door, main door, room door) is perhaps a little intimidating to begin with, but we figured it out pretty quickly. Price is perfect - not too expensive, and in Rome you'll be out most of the day taking in all that this incredible city has to offer anyway, so save your money

El personal muy amable y al pendiente durante toda la estancia sin embargo la limpieza del lugar nos decepcionó muchísimo. Estuvimos 4 días y 3 noches y ningún día se realizó la limpieza del cuarto, no sabíamos que así se manejaba o si fue por algo en particular. No cambio de toallas, no cambio de sábanas. Bastante ruidoso el hotel, se escuchaban las conversaciones de los pasillos y otras habitaciones. El ingreso a la propiedad es bastante tedioso ya que son muchas llaves, un elevador donde las puertas son muy incómodas y de igual forma para llegar al hotel. Repito: el personal muy amable pero no volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hotel.

Nice B&B type hotel. Old small European elevator was effective and fun. We especially enjoyed Italian only speaking Maria who was so full of enthusiasm, hospitality, and graciousness!

出張で4泊利用。朝食は朝8時から、鍵はルームキー他渡され自分で開けます。スタッフはフレンドリーで気持ちよく過ごせました。すぐ外にあるレストランを4回利用。スペイン広場は歩いて5分、一度シャワーが出なくなりました。

Great location, comfy bed. Clean and tidy. Way too many keys to enter 😊 breakfast could have more fruit but otherwise adequate. Our air con didn’t work properly but was better than the outside temperature.Serious staff and they could put a smile on their faces and be more friendly. Would definitely recommend it for a stay in Rome.

Staff are excellent. aoways willing to go out of their way for you. note: the female only speaks italian, the male speaks italian, english, and some spanish. rooms are small, showers leave something to be desired - small, only hand held wand, hot water an issue at times. overall, great location, great service, very good continental breakfast.

Biz 2 çift olarak gittik ve gayet memnun kaldık. Sadece hotele varışınız geç saatte ise kapıları size yolladıkları link üzerinden açmanız gerekiyor ve bunun için de internete ihtiyacınız var. Biz hattımız çalışmadığı için internet bulup kapıları açmakta baya macera yaşadık. Bu duruma dikkat edilmesini hoteli tercih olacaklara öneririm. Tekrardan yolum düşerse yüne tercihim burası olurdu.

Great guesthouse
I really recommend this hotel! The beds were extremely comfy, the cleanliness was to a high standard, and the room itself was a good size and had nice features. The building also has an old style lift and it was fun to use! Breakfast was great and the owners were always willing to help.

The people are friendly who host it, but can be loud and smoke by the window in the middle, so the hallway and room air smell smoky when they or other guests do: it filters into the 'nonsmoking' room. The pipes also grind and moan loudly whenever anyone uses water, the heating system is very loud, and you can hear other guests often in the hallways, or their TVs. They gave us 6-7 heavy keys to get in so you initially feel safe from the street; but 2-3 keys didn't work (once I couldn't get out of a gate), & the building left open 3 of the doors while they tried to fix it, so only 2 locks actually separate a guest from someone walking in off the street. We met interesting people there, got lots of exercise walking, it's near the nice park around Borghese Villa, but it would have been nicer if the employees showed more respect to guests. It may just be a cultural or language thing. If you don't have good hearing or sense of smell and are just there at night, it would be great for the price, with good breakfast, too. Thank you.

Non ci siamo trovati bene.
Affitta-camere di basso livello, odore sgradevole, wi-fi non funzionante, mal tenuto. Camera povera con qualunque cosa a pagamento (anche bustine del tè o bustina nescafè). Non vi tornerò più, di sicuro. P.S. se piove non si possono aprire le finestre.

Di basso livello e' solo il suo giudizio falso e denigrante, frutto sicuramente di una mania di potenza dietro una tastiera. Il wifi funziona benissimo dappertutto, le camere dispongono di tutto il necessario e viste le alte recensioni sulla pulizia, credo sia inutile anche risponderle sull'odore. A casa sua non so se spalanca le finestre quando diluvia, ma rimango volentieri con questo dubbio! Non si preoccupi, non la aspettiamo sicuramente...

Very lovely place with excellent service and kind personal. Easy check-in online when we arrived late. Help with luggage afternoon check-out and transfer to the airport. Clearing and nice rooms. Ok breakfast. The only negative is a small elevator and narrow Doors so it was difficult to pass with baby-strollers.

Trevlig personal och bra boende för det priset man betalade. Fint städat. Otroligt bra läge! Det enda jag har att anmärka på är att det tyvärr inte är speciellt tyst. Vi hade ett rum med en AC som lät så mycket att vi var tvungna att stänga av den, i Rom i augusti. Mycket tillmötesgående personal bytte rum åt oss till en med AC som lät mindre, men långt ifrån tyst. Väggarna är väldigt tunna och man hör dunkande från avloppet till toalett/handfat/dusch från både sin egen lägenhet och andras. Det lät mycket från gatan men tystande framåt natten. Annars ganska lugnt område.

Great location and lovely staff
Hosts were lovely - friendly, helpful (gave us a map and explained where to go for attractions), and respectful - left us to enjoy our stay. Breakfast was generous and delicious and we were always greeted with a friendly welcome. There’s a safe in the room and spare bedding if needed (I always need more pillows!). It was relatively quiet considering it’s in the centre of Rome! We did hear people outside our window at night but it was just a few people on the street nearby. There’s a kettle in the room but it’s literally just a kettle provided - no free tea and coffee etc or even mugs but I think you could pay extra for those things. Location is excellent! Attractions or metro a short walk away and plenty or places to eat nearby if you didn’t want to travel elsewhere. I would definitely stay here again.

Super sauber, sehr sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Von den Zimmern und dem Frühstück darf man natürlich nicht extrem viel erwarten, da man auch einen sehr niedrigen Preis für eine Top Lage zahlt. Es war aber trotzdem alles sauber, bequem und zentral.
