非常整潔舒適，前堂服務只有0800至1700，但我無法在這段時間內check in，前堂亦有方法幫我，距離梵蒂岡只有兩個地鐵站站，雖然距離其他景點較遠，但很近地鐵站，非常方便。

Love the arrangement.

I am very pleased that I have decided to book this hotel. Staff is friendly, and helpful. Very tidy. You can have breakfast in your room, though the breakfast offers are quite simple. I think it was a great offer for me. Unlike other bnb/suites in Rome, theyvallow late check in without surcharge, which allows flexibility to tourists. One minor thing is, it is not a whole building, it would be better if they have specified that they are on 2nd floor as we cant find any banner or signs indication downstairs, which made us have some difficulties in looking for the hotel when we arrive. I suggest that if you are arriving at night, you can take their offer for pick up service as this can avoid the transfer of train and metro (honestly I dont like the metro in Rome, and kind of worried when taking the metro) as I think their offer is quite reasonable.

Schön gelegen am Plaza del Popolo. Einziger Punkt war die Klimaanlage, die hat ein bisschen gemüffelt aber hat gut funktioniert.

A lovely, large family room with comfortable beds, high ceilings and friendly staff. Really good shower. Small frigo bar which didn't work initially but they replaced it and then it was fine. Beautiful towels and sheets. Extremely convenient to Piazza del Popolo, Borghese Gardens and shopping on Via del Corso. Would stay there again.

This is a superb place! Very well located, super clean, and felt very safe. There was a bit of miscommunication on my arrival time with the property, but they answered right away and it was fixed. I recommend this place without hesitation.

This hotel was a big part of making our family trip to Rome so enjoyable. It’s very comfortable, clean, updated rooms and in a great location where you can walk to so many great historic sites, restaurants and shopping. It doesn’t have the amenities of a larger hotel like restaurant, fitness room, pool, etc. but we didn’t miss them as there’s so much else to do. Highly recommend.

Second stay at this hotel

This was our second time visiting this hotel, the hotel is in a great location, safe, and the staff are very helpful. Check in is easy. Unfortunatley the TV wouldnt play netflix even though we had a superior room upgrade, they informed us after the TVs in these rooms need replacing, we found that the room had a bad smell either from the bathroom or the air con we werent to sure but it was very drainy. We initally booked the deluxe room that we has before, but due to date changes upon changing our booking had to upgrade our room, but after staying felt the deluxe room was better especially for the lower price and which we would have had netflix too by the sounds of it. We did also inform them we were staying for a second time and it was for our honeymoon but sadly this wasnt acknowledged. Great to be back in Rome.
