Just a short walk from Termini Station, friendly staff. Breakfast was really good!!! Our room is pretty spacious, comfy bed!!the hotel is on the 1st floor, it has elavator. Highly commended to stay with them!!!

The hotel is good the location is fantastic close to everything you need. 15 minutes from the colosseum. It is small hotel more like an apartment with separate rooms. The room is a bit smaller than the pictures, the bathroom in the room is sooo small and it had bad smell coming from it like sewer smell which was a problem during the night because the bathroom is inside the room and sometimes bugs would come from it although it was clean and the room is clean. You need to arrange with them for your arrival as there is no reception available all the time. Andrea was very communicative through WhatsApp and she shared with us some advices about nice restaurants in that area. Also room cleaning is available and they change the towel whenever we requested.

Staff was helpful and accommodated our time of check in. Property was in a nice location as near termini and other amenities. The only down side is that there was dust everywhere, and the finish of the whole room and bathroom was tired. Definitely needs tying up loose ends and slight bit of modernisation Also the TV did not work

This one was a hard one to rate as the location was amazing and the staff were so kind and extremely easy to get a hold of, but the room was really run down and smelt terrible… the bathroom was gross… the toilet seat was half off, shower wouldn’t drain and it smelt awful. We were ok but there were a lot of stairs just for anyone with mobility issues. There is an elevator but then you still need to take a few flights of stairs. We made due, but for the price it really wasn’t worth it.

Property advertised as a suite, definitely not. Very stark room plus a second area with twin bed. As i am a single it was okay. Not suitable for a couple. Shower very tiny but with hot water. Limited space for toiletries. Tiniest towel ever. Small fridge set on the floor. Even with an elevator you must haul luggage up some steps. Location not suited to any nearby sites or tours. Uber and taxis Very expensive from here.

It is a basic room like bed and small fridge. Area is ok. There is no attendant like hotel all the time. However, manager is available on the phone WhatsApp. Walkable to Roma Termini - train station.

The space was a nice space and we were able to walk from the train station. There is no one manning the front desk which requires you to connect with the owner so that there is someone on site to meet you. The staff helped secure a taxi for the next morning. It is far from many of the sites, but we only needed the room for one night so it worked out well for us.

Das Haus ist toll. Ich hatte die Unterkunft hauptsächlich wegen der schönen Bilder im Internet und der Lage direkt bei einer U-Bahnstation und fussläufig nah am Hauptbahnhof gewählt. Man kann ebenfalls prima einfach zum Collosseum, Forum Romanum, Santa Maria Maggiore laufen. Das war wirklich klasse. An der Ecke gibt es auch ein tolles Restaurant zu absolut akzeptablen Preisen, ein kleiner Supermarkt um die andere Ecke. Infrastruktur also klasse und entspannt. Vor allem tagsüber. Später abends oder nachts würde ich die U-Bahnstation nicht mehr benutzen und auch nicht allein als Frau rumlaufen. Ist sicher subjektives Empfinden, muss jede/r natürlich selbst wissen. Zum Zimmer (wir hatten die Suite mit Balkon): entsprach den Bildern und hatte viel Platz! Leider hat wohl seit ein paar Jahren die Feuchtigkeit in Bad und entlang des Fensters zum kleinen Balkon zugeschlagen, so dass es leider entsprechend etwas muffelig roch und hier und da sich Schimmel unter dem Wandanstrich zeigte. Mir tut das sehr leid zu sagen, denn ansonsten waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden. Für ein, zwei Nächte auf jeden Fall super gelegen!

It’s close to everything all the scenic destinations and metro / bus stations . We enjoyed our accommodations here at dada suites . Our host sent us list of Lots of good restaurants with affordable prices around the area . Bed comfort is very good it’d be better with an extra pillow for additional comfort . Our host Andrea is very helpful and accommodating from the very start till the end .He let us store our luggage’s hours before our check in & out times.👍🙏😇 Antonella and Maria are a gem 110% they go far and beyond expectations.
