Its a self chequing room, very convenient, you control your access by phone, very pleasant place in plaza Espagna, metro around the coroner, easy access to anywhere in Rome, i had an issue with the bathroom, they fix it the same day, really recommend

An excellent location however there are no staff to help you and the key system is inconvenient when you are at the end of the day and have poor phone battery left. The room was comfortable. We got up a little later one day and had no hot water to shower.

The hotel is just a few steps from Plaza de España

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Moreover, you can stay there easily without meeting anyone. Belen at the hotel was a very kind and helpful person. She explained the hotel in detail in advance via What's Up. Thank you very much. I was worried at first, but the system was simple and I was able to stay comfortably. The hotel staff was very kind, so I could call the hotel directly if I had any questions during my stay.

Modern and just what you need

Great location to all the sites, exactly what you need to just sleep in. Door was hard to find, sign could be larger or a photo on the website could be given of the front door Heat rack was nice surprise, about to dry our clothes on it overnight. Saw a previous review saying their room let the outside noise in but the room I had actually was noise proof. Shared dining space if you wanted to get takeaway.

It looked very nice upon arrival! But our air conditioning was super weak and it was very warm in our room, we had ants in the bathroom, the refrigerator radiated heat and when I asked to have it turned off and our air fixed nothing was done. Over all convenient but could use some better maintenance.

Great location, friendly staff

The hotel is in a great location at the piazza de spagna and very close to the metro station. The cleaning staff was very attentive and accommodating and generous with requests for more towels or toiletries. The communication through WhatsApp was very prompt and easy to use. The beds were very comfortable and the ac worked great! However, occasionally the elevator didn’t work and there were a couple of times there was no hot water, but I think that was more an issue with the building than something the hotel could control. Also, please know it is near active streets and there is noise at all hours.if not for these few issues, I would have given them 5 stars all around. Otherwise the room itself was very comfortable, they have a friendly staff, and the location was great for easy access to the metro and walking distance to many landmarks.

Horrible experience. There is no one there to answer questions or help in any way, you have to send a message and hope for a response. You need data to get into the hotel, which they don't tell you till you get there, and even then you cant get in as wifi would not connect inside the building and the wifi was down our entire last day. I got multiple messages telling me to pay the taxes before i even left home, which i had already paid but no messages about getting into the building or the room?? i arranged a private ride from airport and while still inside the airport trying to sort out our lost luggage i got a whatsapp message asking if i was still inside, followed by a “hello??” And then telling me the driver was leaving and that i would still have to pay the $65 euro (even after explaining our luggage was lost). Four days later, our luggage arrived after waiting outside in the lane for 1.5 hrs while my husband sat in a restaurant by himself waiting, as we had just ordered our dinner and were told our bags would be delivered in 20 minutes by the contact for our room. $130 euro for a ruined dinner and a lot of wasted time trying to get into the room.

Excellent and spacious room with a king bed, and a twin bed in the den entrance. The bathroom is beautiful with a large spa tub. The elevator is tiny and very old, but that’s really the only negative. Loved the complimentary prosecco waiting in the room.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut gelegen. Die Hellhörigkeit ist den alten Gemäuern zuzuschreiben. Die Dusche war nicht im Bad integriert, sondern vom Zimmer abgetrennt. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Man kann das Zimmer auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Danke für die wunderschönen Tage in Rom.

Pésima, sali antes de las noches que ya había pagado. El elevador a veces funcionaba y a veces no. El baño es muy riesgoso, Las almohadas deplorables y la ropa de cama muy corriente. La calle donde está es excesivamente ruidosa toda la noche y es un basurero todas las mañanas. El servicio no se puedo esperar a Que saliéramos, presionando para q nos fuéramos y pudiera limpiar. En fin, no recomendable para nadie. Preferí pagar otro hotel que seguir allí aunque me Costo doble pero es insoportable

Loved our stay here due to its convenience in Rome! You step out of the building and you are 30 seconds away from the liveliness of the Spanish Steps. I will say if you do decide to stay here make sure to understand how to get into the building prior to getting here. They will make you pay the city tax and then they will send directions on how to get in and out of the rooms. If you are coming international like me, internet speeds can suck in certain areas. Overall though the rooms were clean, beds comfortable and host was always available. If you are used to people doing all the work for you like a hotel in the USA this spot is not for you. If you are going to be using your place as base camp with everything you will pretty much need this will suitable.

Sentralt beliggende og flott rom👌

Kjempeflott og romslig rom med veldig fint oppusset bad. Beliggenheten var veldig bra, rett ved Spansketrappen. Veldig enkel digital løsning for å åpne dørene til bygg og leilighet.
