Great place to stay and staff was very attentive. Breakfast should be a variety and not just a croissant and since most travelers are heading to Vatican City. The staff at the cafe shop were awesome.

I guess the property is typical for Rome, however it’s is budget friendly and is central close to transit and train. Elevators doesn’t work all the time and we have to walk 6th flight of stairs.
If this is a constant problem they should atleast have someone to take the luggage down stairs.
Other than that u get what u paid for.

All in all a good place but the use of the lift was a problem and having to haul baggage 6 floors not enjoyable - customer service didn’t respond to inquiry on lift - other than that room is clean and well located to train and as described
