All good. Steps up to front door awkward with luggage, would like a shelf in shower ( common problem with a lot of hotels), we stayed here twice pre and post cruise, our 2nd room had a smaller tv which didn't work as well, also would have liked a few items of cutlery in room as the kitchen area is often locked up. All small things, but we would happily stay again, thank you

Everything about our stay, was excellent, including the help from the office on setting up taxis and getting around Rome. The room with a balcony was exceptional. The dining area was unique. Everything was clean, gets very excellent rating for our trip to Italy. We had lots of local favorite restaurants, and even walked home from the Vatican

Gloria was my contact person at the property. She reached out before my arrival to make sure we had a smooth check in. This was very useful because we were arriving at FCO airport and it took a while to leave, and then the commute to the city via train. She was in constant contact and even informed me that she would wait on property until my arrival. I am very grateful. I will gladly stay at this property again.
