This was the worst place we could’ve picked. Pictures DO NOT MATCH THE ROOM THEY GAVE US it was a complete fraud I showed multiple people to confirm I’m not crazy and we all agreed the room reserved did NOT MATCH the pictures the showed when booking. The ceiling in the bathroom above the shower was LEAKING. On our first day they had to bring a guy to take a look at did not sure what he did because that night after turning on the shower it was insane how it started leaking from above. We were told we had to wait until the next day to POSSIBLY change rooms and when the day came we lost count of how many times we called and no one answered. They washed their hands off nasty on us and we had to stay like that because no one ever answered. Worst place ever.

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral: 7 Minuten zu Fuß von der Spanischen Treppe und 9 Minuten zum Trevi-Brunnen Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag gemacht! Etwas störend ist das durchgehende Tackern des Speichers, der sich direkt auf dem kleinen Balkon befindet

Katastrophaler Check in

Check war katastrophal. Wir bekamen alle Infos per Whats up. Klingelten wie beschrieben, keiner öffnete. Nachdem ich zweimal angerufen hatte ,öffnete sich die Türe. Für die nächste Türe hatten wir kein Code bekommen. Wieder musste ich anrufen. Wurde unfreundlich abgewürgt, es wurde mir ja alles per Whats app geschickt. Das stimmt nicht. Wir hatten nur den Code für die Zimmer Türe bekommen, nicht für die „Wohnungstüre“. Es war zu dem Teitpunkt elf Uhr Abends. Zum Glück kamen andere Gäste und öffneten uns die Türe. Zimmer war Ok und sauber.Leider kein Kühlschrank für den Preis. Sehr gut gelegen. Frühstück war gegenüber in einem Cafe. Hier war das Personal sehr inkompetent. Jeden Morgen wurde das Angebot geändert ( es wurde immer weniger), nachdem ich den Herrn darauf hingewiesen hatte, gab es aufeinmal wieder das gleiche

We didn’t have internet during our entire stay. On top of that, we had to pay the city tax in cash because there was no internet to process card payments. I don’t understand how that ended up being my problem, but I had to spend extra just to withdraw money from the ATM. We also arrived very late and there was no way to get in—they didn’t inform us about anything. I had to call them for help.

Todo estuvo increíble! El hotel está súper ubicado muy cerca de varias principales atracciones! Tiene muy buen tamaño! Eran dos recámaras con su baño amplio privado. The property was centrally located close to the metro and some of the historic areas. The street below was full of shops and restaurants. It was a safe area but a bit noisy for my taste if you want to sleep with the windows open. The host was on time and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean but at times there was a smell coming from the bathroom and you had to keep it's door closed. I was told that it is because of the old plumbing. Despite this I would recommend this place because of value for money.

Rome weekend trip

Had a great time staying at this property. It has a fantastic location and is easily accessible to restaurants, transport and tourist attractions. The room was modern, clean and had all amenities needed. The lady on the front desk was also very friendly and helpful in getting us settled in and making us feel welcome.

Perfect place… very reasonably priced

Perfect spot near all high end shops and minutes walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Very clean room and excellent service. Barbara was very accommodating and attentive when she was there. Will definite look to book this location when returning
