The hotel was newly refurbished although construction was still ongoing in some areas during our stay. Our room was clean, modern and felt brand new but there was an odd smell in the room. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our visit.

The staff were lovely, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. My only feedback would be regarding the room cleaning, especially for longer stays like ours (10 days). It would have been appreciated if used coffee cups and cutlery were replaced more consistently, along with more regular dusting and floor mopping during the stay.

O hotel continua com obras, mas nos colocaram em quartos modernos com mobilias novas, muito limpo e aconchegante. Exatamente como demonstrado nas fotos. Não possue estacionamento, nem oferecem café da manhã, mas é muito bem localizado quase em frente da Basílica de Santa Maria Maggiori e muito perto da estação RomaTermini.

La chambre était belle et propre mais le déjeuner compris est un scam. Ils ne préviennent pas lors de la réservation que leur salle à manger est en rénovation. Le déjeuner est aucunement compris, ils offrent un coupon rabais pour le restaurant d’à côté qui ont très peu de choix et des toutes petites portions, le service laisse également à désirer. La pression de la douche était mauvaise, il y avait nul part pour avoir de l’eau potable dans l’hôtel et aucun micro onde de disponible. La seule chose que nous avons vraiment apprécié de cette hôtel après y être resté 3 nuits est l’emplacement et la chambre. Ils offrent aussi plusieurs activités gratuites dans différents hôtels de leur compagnie, nous avons participé à une activité de fabrication d’apérol spritz que nous avons aimé. En gros je donnerais 5/10

Gute Lage vom Hotel, wenn man es mal gefunden hat. Eingang neben Graffiti beschmierten Tor mit kleinen ausgedrucktem Hotelschild. Das Haus scheint vor kurzem in 2 verschiedene Hotels umgebaut worden zu sein. Der Eingang selber vom Hotel ist sehr bescheiden, außen und innen. Hotelzimmer und auch Flur auf den Stockwerken sehr schön, wirkt frisch renoviert. Jetzt kommt das ABER. Wohl um Kosten zu sparen, war die Leistung der Klimanlage auf Lüftung reduziert, und auch nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten. Das Zimmer hat den ganzen Nachmittag Sonne abgekommen und hat sich entsprechend aufgeheizt. Dadurch war es mit fehlender Lüftung /Aircon unerträglich warm und stickig beim Schlafen. Wir haben direkt am nächsten morgen reklamiert. Da hieß es dann, die Lüftung wäre bewußt so zentral gesteuert. Die Beschwerde würde aber ans Management weitergegeben. Keine Reaktion, auch nach 3 Tagen nicht. Das bestellte 2 Bettzeug kam nicht, obgleich nach Sonderwünschen per Expedia gefragt wurde. Kunden Service sollte anders laufen. Eine Lüftung im Bad/WC fehlte gänzlich. Das angebliche Doppelbett war viel zu klein für 2 normal gewachsene Menschen. Ich bin in 2 Nächsten fast aus dem Bett gefallen. Frühstück gab es in dem Hotel gar nicht. Erstaunlich. Man wurde auf eine Bäckerei verwiesen. Aus dem Hotel könnte man mit besserem Management deutlich mehr machen!

Simplesmente me mudaram de hotel na ultima hora, falaram que houve um problema com nosso quarto e q seria necessário nos mudar de hotel, que além de mais longe da estação, era terrível, o hotel Orazia ficava no quinto andar do prédio e o elevador estava quebrado, quando chegamos lá em cima carregando as malas achei q fosse desmaiar, o banheiro era mofado, tinha mosquitos de umidade, toalhas sujas cheias de cabelo, o aquecedor não funcionava, passamos o maior frio, como chegamos de madrugada não tinha como sair pra comprar água e o frigobar estava vazio e não vendia agua na recepção. Simplesmente falaram pra tomar agua da torneira, mas se eu não consegui tomar banho de nojo do banheiro, muito menos tomar água da torneira. Foi a pior experiência da viagem toda

This is a new rebuild so some of the details are not well build. The rooms are very updated and modern but there are some drawbacks. My shower flooded the whole bathroom because the slope of the shower drain was not correct. The “fix” that I was told was to not turn the shower on “full power” and that they get that complaint a lot and can’t do anything about it. The AC was also under centralized control meaning the thermostat in the room did nothing. I asked them to turn it down and they said it can only go down to 21°C. After 9 hours the room was hotter. I want back down to tell them to turn the fan speed up. They said they could not do that. After the first night, they switched us to a different room and the AC still wasn’t working as promised. So, after more complaining they turned it down to 19°C, meaning they lied to me the day before. Although the AC was finally turned down to a normal number, the room never got below 22°C including during the night when the outside air temp was not much more than that. The rooms look amazing and are somewhat clean, but be aware of the AC not working and the hotel staff lying to you.

Hotel Della Prassede was undergoing renovations and was not ready to accommodate us during our stay. We instead got transferred to a “farther” hotel, not a personal choice, which is lower star-rated. I think/feel that I even paid more for the services the alternative hotel (Orazia) have offered! I demand/expect due compensation for such inconvenience!
