Excellent room, bathroom, shower, tub, etc. Very helpful staff. Not a wild tourist location, not a boring remote location. Great stay.

Room was spotlessly clean and huge -really lovely. The staff were exceptionally helpful at breakfast and were very kind and attentive, I was a bit apprehensive visiting as I saw some poor reviews but I couldn’t criticise anything. I would be happy to return when I come back to Rome. Products in the room are great and the Nespresso machine was a bonus. I had breakfast as standard too which was a nice surprise which was a continental breakfast with home made cakes and pastries.

This place is a disaster. I was shocked that Expedia had this place listed as a 5 star on their website. Shower didn’t drain causing flooding when showing, room A/C didn’t work. Staff isn’t helpful and incompetent. When asked to move to another room, they kept saying there wasn’t one available when asking about checking out and getting a refund they said that wasn’t an option to receive the refund was the worst hotel stay of my life if I could give zero stars, I would. they don’t even have AC in their lobby.
