Damiano y Laura encantadores. Muy serviciales y dispuestos, buenos consejos y asesoramiento. La habitación amplia, aunque las instalaciones son viejas y poco actualizadas. El nivel de limpieza es muy mejorable. Para ir con niños es un poco precario.

Très contente

C’etait Notre premier voyage via expedia, et très honnêtement, je suis très contente du B&B! Pour ce prix avec la proximité de tout les monuments, je pense que v’est Compliqué de trouver mieux! Le personnel est très sympas, nous avons eu deux cartes de Rome avec beaucoup d’indications! Ils sont très serviables et vraiment très gentils Les transports en communs sont juste à côté! Après attention il ne faut pas s’attendre au luxe ce n’est pas un Hôtel mais bien un B&B!! Ravis du lieu!!

Very good location (only 5 min walk to colloseum) and externally helpfull and friendly owner. Highly recommended.

Lo bueno, la ubicación

Esta a 5 min del coliseo andando y cerca de una parada de metro para ir al Vaticano. El personal es muy muy amable, pero las habitaciones no están limpias y la cama era bastante incómoda (se hundía y era imposible moverse en ella). El desayuno bien. El WiFi no llega a todas las habitaciones y teníamos que salir a las escaleras.

Great Value

B&B Laura is a great place to stay for what you pay, and the owner makes sure you're going to enjoy your time in Rome. When you read the reviews people leave, the negative ones seem to be people who are hard to please anyways. If you want 5 star, then go ahead and pay for it. If you want a simple, clean room to come back to in the evenings and would rather spend your money out enjoying Rome, then this is a great place to stay. I'd happily stay here again or at Happy Holiday which is under the same owner and is one floor above B&B Laura.

B&B (eenvoudig) op loopafstand van het Colloseum.

Zeer aardige mensen, goed (hartig en zoet) ontbijt. Prima koffiemachine, sap e.d. tot je beschikking. De eerste 2 nachten kregen we een grotere kamer met eigen badkamer. De kamers zijn eenvoudig maar prima. De eigenaar gaf ons (moeder en dochter) een plattegrond met de hoogtepunten en welke bus of metro we daar (naartoe) konden nemen. Prima busverbindingen, maar te voet is het meeste ook goed te doen.

Damian the owner of this property is the most amazing hotel/BnB owner I've had a chance to deal with. Super polite, friendly, gave us lots of directions to the sites to visit in Rome and Vatican. Took care of our breakfast which was super delicious and in very generous portions.

Nice hotel near coliseum

Excellent location near coliseum. The owner was very friendly! I got really sick my last day in Rome and check out was at 10am and our flight was not until 7pm. He let us check out later, which was greatly appreciated!

Отель в замечательном месте, до Колизея рукой подать. До исторических мест можно дойти пешком. Завтраки свежие, невероятно вкусные круасаны. Вай фай сигнал хороший. Единственное, санузел в плохом состоянии. Холодно в номере, брать теплую одежду с собой обязательно.

Nice hotel

The owner gave us kind manner and helpful advise for Roma trip even though we arrived hotel in midnight. Also breakfast was good that it's self service. Shared kitchen have croissants, sandwiches, cookies, milk, juice, yogurts and coffee machine. Room was good that have equipped bathroom. Almost good! highly recommend here!

Gute Lage, aber Sauberkeit mässig

Die Lage ist super, gute Anbindung an Bus und U-Bahn, Lautstärke trotz viel befahrener Straße, incl. sirenenheulenden Rettungswägen ok. Fenster sind leider nicht zu öffnen, daher Luft eher stickig im Zimmer. Der Vermieter ist wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit ist das große Manko.

This apartment is located just 5 minutes walking from Colosseum. Breakfast is good, however the blanket was not so clean. Anyway, you get what you pay for.

Excellent stay

The holiday started with a nightmare as our flight was rediverted to different airport and in the end we made it delayed by 4 hrs; the owner was very understanding and waited for us till 2am when we finally arrived! B&B is within a 6 mns walk to a Colloseum and other main tourist attractions yet the area is reasonably priced when it comes to dining out. The owner and his wife are lovely and very helpful. We were offered a friendly advise on how to move around the area, where to eat well, how to get to the sites, skip queues, what to watch out for. We could have not asked for a warmer and friendlier welcome. If not for that our holiday could have turned out to be a disaster! Strongly recommend and definitely come back and stay again!

Ein gutes B&B - Der Hausherr ist TOP und sehr freundlich! Die Zimmer sind mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet :) Der Standort ist excellent als Ausgangslage für´s Sightseeing. Ca 15 Minuten zum Colosseum. Die U Bahn Station Manzoni ist ebenso nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wifi hat ebenso immer funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage kühlt auch gut. Kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! :)

It is good for the youth

The host and his wife were very kind and helpful. The location is great, 10 min walk from the Colosseum. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. On the other hand the rooms were not really clean and the Wi-Fi sometimes did not work. It is a prefect hotel for young people with not so big expectations. For this "low" price you won't get a better located hotel in Rome.

Fueron muy agradables, damiano nos explicó en un mapa todos los lugares más importantes que debíamos vistar, lo cual nos fue de gran ayuda. La habitación era comoda, amplia y limpia.
