Holiday Home 'Titina's House' with Balcony, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Fiumicino, the holiday home "Titina's house" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (1 has a queen-size bed and the other has bunk beds for 1 person each and a pull-out bed), and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

This vacation rental features 2 private balconies for your evening relaxation.

The property is very close to the International Airport of Fiumicino.

Free parking is available on the street and parking can be arranged inside the property for a fee.

Although we were there for just one night it was extremely quiet area and when we needed help our host always answered the phone and helped us out. Would definitely stay there again if we are wver back in Rome.

Comfortable Stay

Very nice apartment, lots of room for our group of 5, large balcony, away from the busy city, this is a very good place if you are staying in the area for a couple of days. The host is very communicative and ready to help if you need any assistance. Only minor comment is that the location is not necessarily easy to get to from the airport due to it being in a less common area so plan ahead if travelling in at night. Again your host, Leopoldo is helpful and can help with arranging taxis. Thank you.
