Not so bad, but not good.

It's ok for staying as a short trip, the lift is very old. No air-conditioner even fan mode didn't work at the first night, its lucky fixed at the day after. Shower is quite slow.

The hotel staff are excellent and though it is dated it’s a great base to see everything in Rome I found the hotel to be good value and was happy with my stay

The staff was pleasant, friendly and accommodating to your needs. The hotel and room were NOT like the pictures seen online. The rooms were small, and cold at night, the heater did not work properly, the walls had cracks and stains, and the bathroom had mould. We had to change our trip to be comfortable during our visit. I don't recommend this location.

Estadia mediana.

A localização boa, de fácil acesso a metrô e pontos turísticos. Quarto mediano. O que mais me entristeceu foi o cheiro de cigarro no cômodo, informei desde primeiro momento e não me sugeriram mudar de quarto, mesmo eu perguntando se teria como. Trouxeram um cheiro de ambiente e só. Pra quem é alérgico, como eu, não indico o hotel. Acabei mantendo reserva pela comodidade, já estava instalada.. em relação a cama, instalações, bem mediana.

The property was NOT what we thought it would be. The room smelt bad. You could barely fit one person in the bathroom. Inconvenient placing for the outlets around the room, and you could not even use the outlet in the bathroom. The walls had some stains and cracks. And there were mosquitoes in the room as well. Overall, spend a little more money to stay somewhere better than this.

Very old building, with on elevators from the early 19 century. No phone on the room the smallest bathroom I ever saw in my life. They held you 3 keys to enter the building. Location I liked at lot walk distance to Roma center.

If you are looking for a European style Hotel this is definitely the place. The rooms are certainly smaller than one might perceive from the pictures. But I mean you are mainly going to be exploring the city, which makes this hotel pure perfection. It’s located close to everything. Which makes it easier if you need to head back to the hotel for whatever you might need, plus there’s great food nearby. The only thing I did struggle with, was the pillows, they are quite thin, for most of my stay I was exhausted so I fell asleep easily, but if it wouldn’t have been for that I would not have been able to sleep. So if you are the type of person that needs a thicker pillow I would try and get one from reception. Also the receptionist was super helpful, from recommending places to how to get there and even giving us an outlet adapter! Staying here definitely adds to the Rome experience

The hotel is old but the rooms are great, very clean and the staff was wonderful and very friendly. The location of the hotel is amazing, and close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay!

The hotel is everything you need for a city break. Its close to excellent transport links for the airport and the rest of the city. It is well within walking distance of all the main sites and you are spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants and bars. The room was clean, tidy and served our needs with more than enough room for 3 adults and a large bathroom. The staff at the hotel are great, we were taken to our room whe we arrived and was given details aboit how to get around and some fantastic recommendations on what to see and do. Really great hotel, would definitely recommend.
