地點方便，房子不理想

地點冬近火車站，方便。房間空調最令人不滿意，安排的第一個房間的空調非常噪吵，相信難以入睡，安排換了另一間，但空調很弱，開了一個小時也不涼，技工來看過也沒辦法處理。另外，房間通風也欠佳，洗手間有一股味道，房內床上更好像有蚤咬

Would not stay here again

The location is good which close to the train station. However, room is totally different from what they show pictures when you book, we stayed in a hotel which is next to a few couple of building from Hotel Contilia. Room is tiny and dark. Towels are thin like cloth, with bad smell and little holes. Air-condition isn’t working very well. Breakfast is basic. I would not stay and recommend it.

這是我第一次來意大利 - 羅馬，又給我遇上多年沒有的大雪，所有火車延誤和取消。你得改變行程和在附近找酒店安頓，但這酒店浴室之熱水系統完全不熱的！我不知是否天氣所至⋯⋯但不能忍受，第二日我便換酒店了。 This is my first time to visit Italy -Roma, and a day temperature come down and snow. Lots train had been delayed and cancelled. So need to find a hotel for settle down, but this hotel hot water system is unacceptable which totally not hot and even not warm! I don’t know is it the weather issue, but I changed hotel on next day.

After a last seconf cancelation by a different host, I ended up at this property and have a very good expperience. The staff were kind in helping me get my reservation changed over. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Overall, a great experience!

We booked a triple room as this was all that was available at the time. We arrived slightly earlier than allowed check-in time and were asked to sit in reception. They downgraded us to a twin room with no refund or discussion. The room was on the sixth floor and the lift only goes to the fifth floor. It was also next to the lift machinery so the room was very noisy. We were not advised of this or we would have objected. The room wasn't great. The bath panel had a big crack in it and the shower curtain was dirty as it was too long and sat constantly in the bottom of the bath. The shower was unable to maintain a constant temperature, fluctuating between scalding and cold so it was unsafe to stand under it. Housekeeping was terrible. One bed was not changed for the entire week and the other one was only changed after a complaint to reception. Surfaces were not cleaned. Bedspreads were left thrown on the floor or stuffed into the wardrobe, pushing our clothes to the back of the shelf. The housekeeper left numerous items, including used pillow cases in the room. Breakfast was shambolic. The range of food was limited. The space was not big enough. Most days we had to wait for clean crockery or cutlery to be made available. We complained to reception about the downgraded room and poor housekeeping but they didn't seem to care and no improvements were made. Overall the worst hotel we've ever stayed in, we strongly recommend you do not stay here even though the location is good.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Prior to arrival, the hotel was paid in full. Upon arrival, the front desk stated that the tourist tax must be paid in cash & card would not work. He instructed my husband to find an ATM & would not allow us to check in until it was paid. After walking to 3 ATMs we were able to find one that was working. Checking in, the staff made a copy of our passports & informed us that EVERY TIME we exited the hotel we must return the room key to the front desk. This seemed a bit strange to us, the staff stated that the key is better left with them. Everytime you would request your key back, the staff would have to reactivate the key for you (sometimes forgetting & you would have to go back downstairs for reactivation). The staff would also act like they are doing you a favor, many times too busy on their phones to greet you while tossing your key back. On the second day of our stay, our room was “cleaned” & only one of two towels were replaced. I asked the front desk staff if we were able to get an additional towel since we only had one towel for two people. The staff member went in the back behind the staircase where the clean towels are stored & stated that she did not have one additional towel to give me & that the towels back there were for tomorrow. We found another hotel & upon leaving I asked for a receipt, however the staff could not find any evidence of my stay, & told me that she could email me a receipt tomorrow. Terrible place, terrible experience.

Had stayed here previously yet this was a very different experience. We were rushed at breakfast and pushed to move whilst trying to make breakfast. We'd paid for breakfast and were told its from 8-10 yet staff were cleaning up and food wasn't refilled at 9am. Staff atcdesk were reluctant in answering questions so we were reluctant in asking. Wouldn't recommend it again!

Hotel muito bom, atende bem para quem vai viajar para conhecer Roma. Ar condicionado muito bom. No meu quarto a televisão não estava funcionando, solicitei para arrumar, anotaram mas não foram arrumar. Quando cheguei a atendente pediu para pagar todo o valor das estadias em espécie. Depois de eu insistir que não tinha todo o valor ela aceitou passar o cartão, porém pediu para pagar a taxa de turismo em espécie. Fora este detalhe, tudo ótimo, localização excelente, perto do Roma termini e de vários pontos turísticos. Café da manhã bom.
