Staff was nice and friendly and location was good. Room and facilities were lacking. Not long after getting to our room - someone walked into our room w/o knocking. Shower had mold and the room was extremely basic.

Awesome staff

The staff at Hotel Domus were super nice and super helpful. The hotel is located at a great central location, pretty close to most of the sites a tourist would want to visit. It's in an old building which houses a few hotels and was a little confusing at first.

This hotel is close to everything. 13 min to the trevi fountain, around 10 min from the train station. A lot restaurants arounds. Everything is walking distance.

Great stay here! The cleaning was fantastic, I felt very safe. The staff were friendly and happy to help with anything needed. One small note would be, if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs because the walls are thin and the noise on the floorboards above is a bit loud. No fault of the hotel; it’s just an old building. I would definitely stay again, and bring earplugs next time.

Check-in was excellent! We arrived early and they held our luggage for us without any problems. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning didn’t work the best, but otherwise it was a good stay for a reasonable price.

It’s near the train station which was great for taking to the airport. It didn’t feel like the safest area, but we didn’t have any problems. There was a rocking bar just down the street which was fun to watch from our room.

It was walkable to everything we wanted to see in Rome, and there were restaurants and stores nearby. The staff were friendly, our room was very spacious and clean. The building looked like it was still being renovated in places but it was quiet and it was tidy.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly! The downsides were that the bed and pillows were rock hard and there was a party going on, at the bar across the street, until 2 a.m.

A simple motel type hotel very conveniently located ten minutes from rail central you can walk to cola Siam and many other locations take bus to airport find Halal food since you will be out most of the day you can stay loud sound in the evening still it’s worth it Daria was very helpful contacted us prio yo check in

It was located very centrally to walk around town. Staff was helpful and the room was spacious. Only downside was the hotel was across from a rooftop bar that had live music playing until very early Wednesday morning. My wife and I could hear every word of every cover song with the windows shut tight and curtains drawn.
