We stayed at the junior suite of this hotel: Pros: great location and good breakfast, not buffet style but no complaints. We knew what to expect. Cons: 1. our suite had a broken wooden floor piece right at the foot of our daughter’s bed. We didn’t notice it until after a few minutes from checking in when she tried to get down from the bed and hurt her foot. We spoke to the front desk and the guy said he forgot to warn us about it and he has apparently notified the owner about this a few months ago. He said that he was sorry but they can’t really do anything about it. We kept a towel over it the rest of our stay but our daughter kept complaining about her foot hurting because of the splinter (luckily we had tweezers and got it out at least) whenever we walked on cobblestone streets which is all of Rome :( 2. We requested to the front desk if he can book us a taxi to the train station, the guy kept giving us a run around. It wasn’t a big deal, we called in an uber but What kind of hotel can’t book a taxi for a guest? Anyway, not a bad hotel IF we didn’t run into these couple issues, especially the wooden floor and them not being able to do anything about it. They could have at least given us a small rug to cover it up?!

There was a small communication problem regarding getting into hotel but once resolved everything was fine. Hotel was clean, staff was pleasant and very helpful.

The breakfast menu was very nice. We enjoyed it every morning. We did not use the kitchenette, but that was our choice. The room was cleaned daily and the staff did an excellent job. We also got clean towels. The bathroom had a heated floor and heated towel rack, both of which we loved! The staff called a taxi for us twice also. They were very kind and accommodating! I highly recommend this Hotel. It is an easy walking distance of almost all of the sites you would wa t to see on the main part of Rome!!

The hotel room was clean with a tidy, modern bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in the room and was quite good. I went in winter and room temperature was good. Overall a great stay. Also, I walked everywhere from there.

This hotel was an outstanding location, very clean and quiet. The only issue we had was the keypad to access the building and hotel in the evening. We could not get the keypad to work on multiple occasions and had the call the after hours number for assistance. Not sure if it was us or if they should consider a change of the keypad hardware.

For the Junior suite we got, the Kitchennette was fully functional (they have an individual portable electric burner instead of a stove), they have a minifridge and everything to cook with. I was positevely surprised and even for 4 people it was a really a good experience. It was very well kept and the bathroom was huge (a bit of an issue on the shower drain as it was not fast enough for the shower they have) but everything else was super. On the very expensive side, mind you, but if you are looking for something of quality and don't mind splurging, I can recommend it , specially if you don't want to spend it on a commercial branded hotel. Note that they do have a specific hour for their staffed front desk so if you arrive after those hours make sure you contact them by phone beforehand.

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück (nach Wahl) wird morgens per Servierwagen ins Zimmer gebracht. Eine kleine Küche war außerdem sehr praktisch. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich!
