Location was perfect and easily accessible by metro and bus. The staff is very welcoming and treated us very well, we felt very taken care of. The room was clean, had all the amenities we need, and the A/C helped to cool us from the heat every night. We had the breakfast and they offer a wide variety of options, along with seating both inside and outside of the hotel.

Wunderschönes Hotel! Tolles Frühstück! Top Lage.

We have a few complaints about this property and stay. First, the room had cleanliness issues with the build up of dust, bugs, bedsheets (dirty and stained) and the toilet had stains left over. The staff was unhelpful, trying to get us to pay cash for our city tax, not giving information on the stay upon check-in, unhelpful during checkout process, and asking guests to return the key every time they leave the hotel made it seem like we were sneaking out. The water in the room was nice though. Unsure if this was complimentary because we weren’t told. Location was easy to navigate to and from by taxi, but also relatively close to unsafe neighbourhoods. Wouldn’t recommend.

Gorgeous, quiet hotel with the friendliest staff, modern amenities in the room and everything is very clean. Breakfast simple but great quality and filled us up until our evening meal. 15 min walk to the Colosseum and 15 mins walk to Terminal 1 which is also where the Big Bus tour has a stop. Found nicer, more authentic restaurants in this area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I can't speak highly enough about the hotel staff, they were so kind and helpful during our stay. The hotel itself was clean and well kept with fantastic AC (which was very necessary during this heat wave!). The location is a bit out of the way of most tourist attractions, but still walkable to things like the colosseum or Trevi fountain. There are some really great local spots near by as well. Only thing is to be vigilant when walking home at night- some spots are not well lit and can feel a little dodgy.
