Information provided for accessing the internet was wrong. Spent a whole day constantly getting disconnected until we just used another wi-fi connection (different from info provided to us at check in) and it worked. Turns out, the connection was also Hotel Genova’s but not mentioned to us.

We stayed at Hotel Genova 23 years ago when visiting Rome. It is very convenient to the Rome Termini, nearby restaurants, shopping, and taxi services. The hotel is well maintained and provides a breakfast each morning.

Great hotel in the spanish quarter

This hotel provided a great bed, bathroom and breakfast for a great price. Location however is crazy with traffic, and even though no sound gets into the rooms it is quite annoying. Staff is VERY cordial and helpful.

Location was central and staff were extremely helpful in securing free street parking for our 2 day stay. Air conditioning was fine. Shower water temperature control needs to be fixed as it quickly alternates between temperate to scalding. Breakfast was nice with varied menu. Big hotel with lots of guests. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. would stay again.
