Lovely hotel in a great location, from the metro and local sights. Staff were very friendly, helpful & rooms were spotlessly clean. The fridge/mini bar was excellent for keeping drinks chilled, the best I’ve ever come across in a hotel room. Great breakfast each day served from 7am till 10:30am with lots of choice. My only small complaint was there wasn’t tea/coffee facilities in the room. This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at without, which was slightly disappointing, as a cup of tea first thing in the morning would have been nice.

We liked the place , it was beautiful. the included breakfast was very good. The staff was efficient, the restaurant in the building was excellent. My only complaints were, a very weak Internet connection, very difficult to stream anything. There was a tiny TV on the far wall that I could barely see. it wasn’t a smart TV and all I could watch were Italian stations. There wasn’t a coffee maker or keurig in the room.

My fiancé stated this about our experience: One of the most beautiful cities in the world is unfortunately paired with the ugliness of Hotel La Residenza. Guest service is among the worst I have experienced. The room was barely acceptable, with two twin beds pushed together, mediocre bedding, stained floors, and the requirement to leave your key at the desk whenever you leave. The only positive was the bathroom. From the start, staff behavior was unprofessional. We witnessed the receptionist yelling at the bellhop over luggage storage. During our stay, both the receptionist and restaurant manager shouted across the lobby about our Uber rather than speaking to us directly. After a long day of sightseeing, we received a pushy call from the front desk insisting on room cleaning despite us keeping the room tidy. Later, when we asked for water, we were sent into the restaurant, where the manager claimed he was “extremely busy” while mixing two drinks in an empty space and then directed us to buy water elsewhere. A hotel that cannot provide water to its guests is unacceptable. Aside from the kind maid and helpful bellhops, staff lacked professionalism and hospitality. Breakfast was poor, rooms were mediocre, and service was consistently unpleasant. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Friendly staff, especially the lady with the blond hair in the breakfast area. Love the big rooms with tall ceilings. Place is super clean. Excited location. Close to bus and subway or just to walk. Clean quiet safe neighborhood. Walked around during all hours of the day and night.

We really felt at home. It was close to a lot of the attractions. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. Really good breakfast. They were very helpful at the front desk with getting us taxis and giving recomendations. Would definitely stay here again.
