エアコンのリモコンが見当たらず、フロントOpen時間がLimitedで確認できなかった事だけが残念でした。 部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったですが、欲を言えばシャワーBoxから水漏れでバスマットがびしょ濡れになってしまうのを改善して頂ければ満点です。

For a one night stay, it was ok Longer than that would be problematic as I had basically a room with a bed and no shelves to put items on, neither in the bedroom nor, bizarrely, in the bathroom The "welcome drink" was a bottle of water so as cheap as it gets It is close to the airport - a 90 minute walk or the shuttle bus at €10 It is called a hotel but it has no facilities other than the room to sleep in and beware, the "reception" is only available from 16h to 20h. Outside of those hours, it is not possible to check-in so if your plane happens to be delayed... Breakfast is from 8h30 (but was actually available earlier) and was very good The shuttle to go back to the airport is good value but runs only at certain times - reception advised on this There are plenty of places to eat in Fiumicino itself

The front desk manager Oscar was extremely helpful. The location was good whether you want to be near the beach or the airport. On the negative side, the bathroom in our room left a lot to be desired. It was extremely small and honestly smelled a little moldy.

The property was very clean! Owner friendly. Guests friendly and helpful to us. Only negative was check in time 4 pm. We would have liked 1-2 pm. Also, no elevator. We managed though.

Perfect for a night's rest before flight back to US. taxi from airport would not take credit card. Had to pay with lastbof my €s. Next morning shuttle would not accept credit card either. However driver was able to arrange payment by calling his office. Bery much appreciated.

Staff were fantastic. Our train was running behind so we sent the information to the Hotel La Villetta. Within minutes the persons there sent us a message. We were able to resolve the issues and the staff provided us the necessary information to access the hotel after the check in time. The location is great with several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The Rome airport is easy to get to and is within 15 minutes. The rooms are clean and comfortable. we will definately return to the Hotel La Villetta when we are traveling through and even if visiting Rome for several days. We appreciate that the Hotel La Villetta has helped us and surely will help others because that's what they do best. Thank you.

Staff was friendly and then it’s downhill fast. Put us in a room we didn’t book. Two twin beds big enough for kids. No elevator. No safe in the room, no safe in lobby. Tv didn’t work. Shower stall way too small. Hot water was warm at best. Breakfast was ok. Probably best to not book here

We only stayed here for one night before flying back home. The staff was friendly, the room was pretty basic but clean. The shower stall is very small - good luck applying body wash to your legs if you're not a trained yoga practitioner. The sink faucet was missing an aerator.
