Very helpful staff, great location and clean room. No real amenities there but that fit with how we travel anyway and was not an issue. Only thing keeping it from a top score is that the bed was two singles pushed together. Thats never the same as a queen/king or as comfortable. Otherwise was a great place for our trip and no complaints!

Not really a hotel, more like a room rental. The space was smaller than expected especially the bathroom. It was easy to find, easy to get in and out from and everything’s we wanted to see was within a 45 min walk. No staff around and everything was communicated between email and WhatsApp. They were polite and helpful with any questions we had

It was a very nice experience to rest in this hotel. All the attentions from the manager and from Zen made my stay very pleasant. Highly recommended! I will repeat it in the future.

we all know when we book hotels that some are non refundable and i understand that and in passed lost money, BUT if it is totally out of your control that you can't fly to Rome because they are on strike in Barcelona to get to Rome. Some hotels are re understandable as we did received our money back but this hotel is not even considering any compensation. I travel for work most of they year and I will never book this hotel or chain it belongs to. I will not take a no for an answer and will try other avenues to let this hotel know that its not right to keep money with no servers given. .

Ideal location at huge discount

Squeaky clean place, lovely white marble throughout, and, the most important part: the location is 20 mins walking from 8-10 major Rome landmarks from Sistine Chapel to the Pantheon or Vatican City. Please try the new-style pizza at Malaterra down the block: Mamma Mia! 🤗
