Great hotel in wonderful location, steps away from Pantheon. Boutique hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our diamond suite room that had main room with bed and bath downstairs, and another room upstairs with 2 twin beds and its own bathroom. Breakfast was amazing and well priced. So many delicious options including made to order speciality coffees, lattes, etc. Only recommendation is maybe bring a hairdryer, the one in the room is nice but takes a while to dry. Teen girls were impressed with the Versace tiles in the room and bathrooms. Would stay again!

Lovely hotel. The rooms and common areas are gorgeous, the location could not be better, and the the air conditioning was great (kept us frosty even in 100+ degree heat). Facilities were very cleaning. The provided breakfast was decent but nothing especially fancy, but it's probably the least important meal of the day in Italy, so most people just have a cappuccino and some brioche. The staff were friendly (although some were warmer than others) and it was easy to arrange a shuttle to and from the airport. The price we paid was quite high but we also visited in peak season. Overall, highly recommended.

This was the hardest review of my travel experience thus far. What started as a very small room with dated amenities turned to worse. Approaching the front desk and asking for an upgrade or availability I had to stay in a night. It was that point when I should’ve called Expedia and got them to cancel and move hotels. The next morning I was on a day trip to Tuscany and was told my larger room upgrade would be ready. Only to come back from a 11hr excursion to fine no shower door, and shower didn’t drain. To top the air conditioner was at its last leg of life, only to find when I looked at the filter it looked to haven’t been changed since the gladiator fights in the colosseum took place. So now it’s 10pm on the second night and no changing hotels at that hour. Asked for five towels so it would flood the room below . I’m a tremendous positive travel and person, I have owned my own businesses and customers experience is a must. But being just “yes” to everything I knew something was wrong. I’m sorry but i wouldn’t recommend the hotel to any client unless they made major decisions on walking rooms between check outs and repairs when needed. But leaving rooms available when they clear shouldn’t be is a bad management decision. I don’t support.
