The property is well located to walk from Termini train station to the hotel and from the hotel to Fontana di Trevi. Our room was ok, and the AC unit was very noisy but it does the job. Breakfast was simple but enough. Overall experience was great.

Hotel is good overall, room was clean, location is great a few meters from Via Nazionale, close to the Opera house and the Termini. Breakfast was poor, expected more for the price. No toaster nor fresh fruit. You are paying for the location which is excellent.

The hotel could use some upgrades- the room we were in could use a coat of paint to freshen it up (so could the dining room) but it was clean, which was important to me.

The hotel’s location is excellent and within walking distance of everything, which was definitely the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, we had several issues during our visit. We stayed on the third floor, where the Wi-Fi barely worked. The air conditioner leaked constantly and wasn’t powerful enough to keep the room cool, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the location is fantastic, but the hotel needs improvements in maintenance and overall guest comfort.
