Well located , great staff, helped us with the different things we can Do around . Very close to the train station which made our trip even more easy. We booked 2 rooms one was fully renovated the other was an old room with AC not working properly n the bathroom was very Old which made it less attractive .

Wir haben vier Tage in Rom verbracht. Das Hotel ist in der unmittelbaren Nähe vom Bahnhof. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Ein Kühlschrank für unsere Getränke war vorhanden. Wir würden wieder kommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

The website like many others is very deceiving. The room looks clean and spacious but when we got there it was the opposite. From hairdryer to toilet seat everything was broken! The staff’s attitude was extremely horrible and they made it seemed like we were an inconvenience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Lastly, it was a loud experience and others was playing music until 3 AM in the morning.

Both of the older and younger female managers were so rude. The younger one with a blank face couldn’t careless if you have a concern and the older one would start talking and she intimidating raises her voices loudly speaking in Italian in a very condescending way like she is trying to shove whatever the concerns you brought up that they don’t like to hear nor care down your throat. My concern was my room I booked online with Expedia which looked very nice and modern online and the room they gave me looked nothing like it. What we got was an old and rundown room it was terrible. Don’t stay here they don’t care and says it’s your fault you and they are fully booked so too bad!
