I loved the location and surrounding areas of Monti and its close proximity to the colloseum. Staff were friendly and the hotel was comfy and well air conditioned, though the bed a a little firm. I was a little disappointed the hottub area was not on.

I loved the location! I planned this trip to be in walking distance of most of the must see sights of Rome and this worked out perfect. The staff are great and the hotel was very clean. Definitely use their airport transfer services. They ended up being cheaper than the other options we found.

Lots of great things to say about this property and why you should consider it. Location: 20 min walk to the Colosseum and 50 min walk to the Vatican where you can pass by the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Staff: Super helpful staff they did all they can to help make our stay the best possible Breakfast: 12 Euros for a great breakfast spread that was available from 6:30 -10 am. Room and Hotel: room was clean and well organized with water and biscotti provided free of charge. The hotel has great outdoor piazza and inside lounge and bar. If we go back to Rome we would stay here again.

Pro: Hotel in guter Lage und recht sauber. Die Dame an der Anmeldung war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und nachts sehr ruhig. Wir konnten Rom sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden und benötigten keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Contra: Das Frühstück und der Kaffe waren ungenießbar. Der Kaffee ist ein Graus und für italienische Standards unmöglich! Das Frühstücksangebot hielt sich gesamt stark in Grenzen; leider gab es kein frisches Obst, das Rührei war eine Fertigmischung und die Kellner wirkten lustlos. Wir haben daher ein paar Straßen weiter auswärts gefrühstückt. Wer eine ruhige Nacht in guter Lage verbringen möchte und keinen Wert auf Frühstück legt, kann hier mit gutem Gewissen buchen.
