Camera scarsamente manutenuta; bagno in pessime condizioni (lavandino che perde, piatto doccia ammalorato e presenza di muffe, scatole elettriche in vista...). Pulizia nel complesso discreta, ma scarsa sensazione di comfort in camera (forse anche per via della presenza di umidità). Mancano tende oscuranti, alle prime luci del mattino è inevitabile svegliarsi. Prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità offerta.

Super B&B mitten in der Stadt. Super freundliches Personal und Erreichbarkeit via WhatsApp. Da wir erst spät Abends angereist sind, wurde ein Self Checkin ermöglicht. Alles spitze.

Rome was I. Lock-down during my stay, so nothing was normal. Usual services were suspended as staff could not come to property, but they did bring fresh towels once. We kept in touch by email for any queries. This property is very modern, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in and the location is excellent, walking distance to most major sites, in the middle of Rome’s premier shopping district and near to 2 metro stations.

Piazza del Popola (North) area near Via del Corso

Good urban location in close proximity to sights, shopping, dining for non-drivers; zero parking. Friendly in room continental breakfast. No staff at property mid-afternoon to morning and a Byzantine entry routine for later arrivals, if Rome isn’t confusing enough.

Excellente adresse au cœur de Rome. Les chambres sont spacieuses propres insonorisée,le ménage fait tout les jours et il est possible de laisser ces bagages en consigne. Les propriétaires sont à l ecoutes de leurs clients et parles couramment l anglais. Je recommande cette adresses.

Great B&B in an even better location.

Great little B&B in an awesome location. The room was basic but very comfortable and the owner was helpful and kind. Breakfast in the room was a nice treat and the chocolate croissants were fantastic. I would stay here again!

Very close to everything, Spanish tests a couple blocks away. Walking distance to coliseum and Vatican. A lot of shops close by. Very nice. We enjoyed our stay

Very friendly and helpfull staff. We really have nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our comfortable room. The best was the windows that opened as doors with sight on inside court. It made us feel homely and enjoyed the circulated outside air and not just airconditioned air. It also was nice and quiet.

Zentrales Hotel, allerdings großer Reinfall

Das Hotel ist super zentral. Das ist aber leider auch das einzig positive was ich darüber sagen kann. Der Rest läuft per Anwalt. Seit Jahren fliege ich nach Rom und dies war das erste Hotel, welches mich maßlos enttäuscht hat. In Kurzfassung: buchen einfach Beträge vom Konto ab für angebliche Schäden, man selber darf aber keine Rechnung sehen (passiert während man sich draußen aufhält), keine Decke, eigenartige Geräusche im Badezimmer die ganze Nacht über, Fenster undicht, niemand ist jemals zu erreichen, Check-in hat nicht funktioniert, Personal unfreundlich und nicht bereit eingebaut klären wenn man sie anspricht, Telefonnummer für Notfälle falsch.

All in all a nice stay

I only stayed 1 night, it was pleasant enough and clean. The whole self service entrance and room access was a chore after a long day and the hall lights didn't seem to work. On the up side it was clean and tidy and the facilities were as you expect. Breakfast was fine, the receptionist/waitress/cook was very friendly and helpful.

+ Zentrale Lage an der Piazza del Popolo, Gute Erreichbarkeit der anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. Piazza de Spagna und Villa Borghese fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar) + Lage in ruhiger Nebenstraße, dennoch viel Gastronomie in direkter Umgebung + absolut saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft (Reinigung des Zimmers täglich) + freundliches Personal + gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis + Frühstück für geringen Aufpreis buchbar (über den Veranstalter): Hierbei wählt man jeden Tag per Zettel neu aus, zu welcher Zeit, wo (Frühstücksraum oder Zimmer), und was (z.B. diverse Croissants, Saft, Cappucino, Toast, Obst, Joghurt,Kuchen,...) man am nächsten Morgen frühstücken möchte. + Taxistand direkt um die Ecke an der Piazza del Popolo (für Anfahrten zu weiter entfernten Sehenswürdigkeiten, z.B. Petersdom ca.: 10 Minuten - 10€ ) - die Betten sind mit Federkernmatrazen ausgestattet, die scheinbar schon etwas älter sind. Leider waren diese bei unserem Zimmer alles andere als bequem. - nachts kann es recht kühl im Zimmer werden, da die Fenster schlecht isoliert sind (Reisezeit bei uns: Ende März, Temperatur nachts zw. 5 und 10 °C) - - -> also entweder wärmer anziehen, oder um Zusatzdecken bitten Sonstiges Der Check-In ist 24h am Tag möglich! Die Rezeption ist zwar nur bis zum Nachmittag besetzt, jedoch gibt es einen automatischen Self-Check-In per Handy (welches dann aber auch zwingend im Ausland funktionieren muss, sonst hat man ein Problem!!)

In una piccola traversa del corso, a due passi da piazza del popolo, abbiamo trovato personale disponibile e cordiale. La camera è pulita e ordinata, l'unica pecca è la presenza di scuri poco filtranti e, per chi come noi ha bisogno di dormire al buio, non è stato facile riposare.

B&b centralissimo e confortevole

La struttura non è nuova e gli infissi sono piuttosto vecchi( gli esterni non si chiudono completamente), in compenso la camera è dotata di tutti i comfort. Il bagno ha tutti gli arredi e le suppellettili che, a mio parere, sono indispensabili e che invece é difficile trovare anche in molti alberghi( portasciugamani, spazioso mobiletto con all'interno un phon, porta spazzolini e dosatore di sapone per mani, dosatore di sapone all'interno della spaziosa cabina doccia). Lo staff è molto disponibile, anche in caso di disguidi.
